Iwent in for my families morning coffee run, normally it costs me about $15 for four drinks and breakfast, however I ended up walking out somehow being charged $33! Well over $18 extra. Turns out that Alyssia (previously from Teavana where they treat customers like walking wallets) charged me DOUBLE to my Starbucks card without asking me if I wanted to do such a thing which is what the employees always do because true Starbucks employees CARE about customers and customer service rather than about how much they get out of you and how fast they go up the ladder within the company. I went back in and filed my complaint and got refunded the drinks, sadly since Alyssia charged it to my Starbucks rewards card, the money couldn't be refunded but I got this mornings run free of charge.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE NOW TEAVANA TRAINED EMPLOYEES WORKING WITHIN STARBUCKS HERE IN TULSA!
I used to work for Teavana until I was fired due to my inability to SWINDLE AND CHEAT customers out of their HARD EARNED money. ALLYSIA- the new employee here that just cheated me out of $33 at this Starbucks was one of the main managers along with ERICA. Watch for those names because these people do not care about customers, they have been trained to only care about your wallets and taking as much as they can because that's how you get hours.
Allysia will be the petite woman with long dark brown hair and generally wears glasses. She will SWINDLE YOU just like she did at Teavana as they fired people who actually had morals.
Teavana was a terrible place to both work or purchase from, thus it's been permanently closed; the employees were trained from day one to get as much out of each customer as possible and according to the manager of that store, Allysia- the woman now working at this Starbucks- she told us to at LEAST get $50 out of each customer or we were not doing our job and that we would not get hours. I got FIRED because I care about customers and because she REFUSED to finish my training simply because I thought it was wrong to cheat people out hundreds of dollars or to keep anyone who looked "poor" out of the store.

My husband and I rarely escape the teenagers on Sunday mornings and ventured out extra early to get ourselves a treat. We’ve both been independently to this location but never together since moving to BA 10 months ago.
This morning my husband ordered his “basic girl” white chocolate mocha. I however prefer a much deeper flavor of coffee and ordered a Grande Nitro Cold Brew. I’m very particular and order it as follows, “Grande Nitro Cold Brew with a splash of heavy whipping cream, 4 shots of sugar free vanilla, and 5 Splenda.”
As we pull up, Felicia approached the window moments later, as she hands my husband his coffee I say, “wow” as she just says, “here!” Then comes my drink which for obvious reasons I scorn at because I and my husband can already tell it’s wrong. My husband is a very passive person and doesn’t like to ruffle feathers. He will never have food or drinks taken back. I rarely do. But, this time he says, “excuse me, did you put heavy whipping cream in here?” She gives him the most God awful look. I went to hand it back to him. (passenger princess here) and she says, “I’m not taking it back-you can have a cup of heavy whip to add. I under my mom ball cap rolled my eyes in opposite direction of her.
She then proceeds to allow us to in the driveway to concoct our OWN coffee watching me spill it all over my lap and my favorite white t-shirt before then handing him another Trenta cup to add to my now 3 cups! Not even offering napkins.
So, for 3 minutes we sat in parking lot searching the car for napkins to clean me up before we went about our plans with now an embarrassing coffee stain on my clothes.
We had full intent to get our Starbucks points to but that went out the window.

Read moreI have spent so much money at this place over the years. I left yesterday in a hurry to get there before 5 because I was not going to be able to have any Starbucks for a while after that due to some health ailments and a special diet I will be on for a bit. I thought they closed at 5 so I rushed to get there by 5. I did manage making it and was excited to see the sign outside that looked very much like it said 6. So I let out a sigh of relief (I made it there like 3 minutes until 5) there was one person ahead of me in line. I was next, they never answered me or asked to take my order. I sat there for a few minutes as a line of cars started to develop behind me, still nothing. So I drove around. They talked to me at the window, I explained to them I was the last car before 5 there. They refused to make anything else. They shunned me off and sent me on my way. I would have understood had I gotten there late but I was there before their closing time. I found it to be rude, unprofessional, and I will not spend a dime in this place ever again. I miss their old staff.
