Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I want to give them no stars at all. Employees are very rude and im sure they dont want to work.

Went there late one evening with my best friend and the drive thru service woman whatever, she was said "the grill is closed for the night " and so we said okay even though we knew it was odd at 2 o clock in the morning we were okay with it because we both have worked in fast food before we know how that is. But after we said "well give us a minute to rethink our orders." She waited maybe a minute and a half before telling us "well you better hurry it up."

We ignored it the first time and just thought she was having a rough night. Because who hasnt had a bad night. But then she told us again to hurry it up or leave not even a few minutes of waiting on us to rethink our order because we pulled up already knowing what we wanted but with the grill closed our options werent a option no more.

My friend said, "well never mind we will just go somewhere else." And as we drove off the lady stuck her head out the drive through window cursing at us up and down. Really really disappointed because its one of my favorite fast food and i feel like this incident makes me feel uncomfortable ever going again. I have really really bad anxiety wich turns into panic attacks when i feel angry or threatened or when im in the middle of drama. My friend called and filed a complaint the next morning but im pretty sure this lady is still there...

Review sites really need a negative star option. I used to love eating at this location, but it has declined drastically in the last couple of years. Went through the drive through today because we were on our way to the airport. Ordered for 4 people, plain cluck with a side of tiny tacos, chicken strip combo with side of tiny tacos, ultimate cheeseburger, 8 tacos, 2 sweet teas. First, sweet teas were unsweet, fine, we'll deal. Asked to wait in 1, 2 or 3 and they'd bring it out. Two other cars came, weren't parked in the correct spots for mobile take out or drive through, but they got their food. We finally got our food, from the same girl that brought out the food to the other cars. I got the tacos, but nothing else. I go in, ask if they were still working on our food. No, they gave our food to one of the other vehicles that was sitting beside us. And the girl that brought out the food to all of the cars said it wasn't her. So they start our order, again. We wait another 10 minutes. We get everything but the tiny tacos, oh and the chicken strips were more on the burned side and the plain cluck I ordered was not plain. At this point, we have waited 20 minutes and we have to leave. Yeah, we're done with this location....

The wait is dame crazy, and on top of that, the food is not even fresh when you waited almost 10 minutes just to order and another 20 to get the food. Worst place ever

Update 12/10/2020 Nothing has been change the wait for 4 tacos and 3 eggroll is still 15 minutes not to mention after waiting 15mites on my food i have to wait another 5 minute for them to cook the egg roll when I've already waited 15 minutes at the drive threw. Very unprofessional

7/31/2024 These people need to work on their service. Waited 30 minutes on the drive-thru and still haven't placed my order. I can't reverse because there's a car behind me. After taking the order and got to the window, worker decide to text than to process the order. Manager stood behind her and did nothing as she was on her phone. Seriously, are you guys even trying to work on anything
