My girlfriend and I visited here after hitting the arcade. I looked up āhealthy food near meā and this place came up. Ordering would be a bit difficult if youāve never had middle eastern food before, only because of the authenticity of the menu and its choices. However, once you find something you want, you will NOT be displeased. I ordered a beef gyro sandwich. The beef was juicy and tender, the lettuce, tomato, and onion SUPER fresh and crunchy/crisp, and the sauce on the inside had a strong, tangy flavor that complimented all of the other ingredients so well, the mixture of flavors danced on my tongue. I also got a side of French fries which ended up being shoestring-style, salted to perfection with a nice crunch on the outside and softness on the inside. The baklava that was for dessert outshined any that Iāve had at any other middle eastern restaurantāit was dripping with a sweet, buttery āsauceā and yet was still golden, flaky and delicious. This restaurant seems to be run by a family who told us that all of their ingredients are super fresh, and that the recipes they use for their food are directly from overseas, making it incredibly and obviously as authentic as it can get. I am a very tough critic when it comes to flavor, but this restaurant gets a 10/10 from me for its outstanding utilization of flavors and its blatant...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst of all, we all have red blood! We are all God's children! When it comes to dining out we never before considered, where we ate in the U.S as being an issue as to what went on politically outside of our own country. That is until yesterday. We have Lebanese friends, & were craving this style food. I mentioned, I was looking forward to checking out their falafel, because I am from Israel. Unlike other diners eating there last night, we had to pick up our own food from counter, which was served on paper plates. Food was bland. Fries were barely warm, & owner became belligerent when we requested a new order of fries. . We noticed other diners were being served their meals, & on regular dishes. Owner ignored us. We believe this was because I stated I was Israeli, & my wife was wearing Jewish Star necklace. We both got sick on way home. Sadly we believe we were served bad food intentionally. How sad & disgusting, that hate is spilling over into restaurant businesses! if you are against racism &, antisemitism, boycott this business!!! Gave 1 star, no...

So, we both ordered a platter each. Then we found some interesting things like pickled turnips, fava beans etc. While we were a little unsure on how to use them, got a few.
The owner came and said "I saw you were struggling with the menu, so I asked them to add some lamb to your dish".
That was so nice of him and it was not expected. The Tabouli, the hummus, the pita and the falafel were very good. The lamb was great and I will make sure I will add it next time.
To this, we added some garlic sauce on the side and I think that is a game changer.
Great place and...
