Munchin Hedgehog ○ Ice-Cream and Sweets — Restaurant in Brookfield

This is a great new business in Brookfield. It is family owned and operated. The mother and son were working when we went. Very friendly and nice people. Great service. Lots of delicious home made varieties of ice cream and international sweets. Hand rolled ice cream is also available. It is clean and organized inside. There is a wall of mini Polaroids that they take of customers. Makes it feel like an experience, not just picking up ice cream.

I had chocolate chip mint. Very creamy and flavorful. For Mother’s Day weekend, they are giving a single rose to every mother. I will definitely be coming back to try another one of...

So so happy we decided to stop at this ice cream shop over all other ones in the area. They have the coolest (no pun intended) selection of flavors and they were damn good! I had a scoop of banana and a scoop of birthday cake. It's SO hard to find a good banana ice cream and they've got it! We had a long chat with the owner, who has his s* together, very well spoken, and is 100% going places in life. This is just the beginning! Love to support small businesses and happy to support this one. If I could give 10 more stars I would!

When I first read about this young man openiing as n ice cream store, I was surprised, since there are others with in the area. I had to stop in to see if the article was true. It was! This young high school student is running his business, Going to school full time & then off to his business. I would have to say this is amazing. He’s friendly, seems extremely smart, & confident he will succeed. I wish him & his sister(who works the books, i believe) and his entire family who stands behind him. Job well...
