Bob’s Sandwich Shop on the boulevard — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I like this spot. No frills but an enjoyable atmosphere. Please note, while you can sit down & eat here, the seating is all outside. This is basically a food truck with outdoor seating. Their food is good. I like the seasonings on their fried catfish and fries (Homefries & Sidewinders). You probably want to call ahead and order your food because it can be a wait, especially at lunchtime! However, this isn't a bad thing because you know they are cooking your food on the spot.

I've only tried their catfish, fries & Mahi Mahi taco, and I was satisfied with all three. Their prices seem reasonable. However, I do wish they offered you at least one to two more pieces of fish. Or they could give you the option of more fish at a lower price than just purchasing another fillet as a side.
