Burke's in Brookhaven doesn't have as many products and items as the one in McComb does, and their prices seem higher, too. My biggest issue was how we were treated. The younger, curly headed cashier was extremely rude. I've never felt so rushed and like such an inconvenience while checking out as I did Saturday night. My kid was being a brat, and I apologized and tried to make light of it by asking if she had kids. She huffed at me, said no, and rolled her eyes. One of my cards wouldn't work, so I apologized again, and got another one out of my wallet. When I looked back up at the girl, she had her arms crossed and was in the middle of yet another eye-roll. All I can say is that she better be glad I have a little couth about me and that my child was with me! The next customer she's that rude to might not be able to keep themselves from knocking her eyes back straight or saying something hurtful. I don't care to ever set foot back in that Burke's. Can't promise I would be able to control myself, so it's just best...
