Burger King — Restaurant in Brookhaven

It was a rainy day and I wanted to try a variety of your foods. Well, the mistake I made was that the chicken was raw. I got in touch with the manager and told her about it when I bit down on it it was crunchy. Like raw crunchy it was atrocious and it’s been months and I am still having PSTD over it. I have sworn I will never go back to your store. The manager did not want to believe me nor did she want to give me credit, so it was all around a bad deal . it cost me $42 and I did not keep the receipt as a child. My order is normally accurate. However the staff is often rude. Today I placed a mobile order. Was told to pull to the second window. Upon doing so. A lady stuck her head from the first window and yelled “HELLLO” made me back up. Just to make me sit there. Then was still to prideful to say she made a mistake. And said she had to give me a receipt saying she had to make sure it was accurate. And they gave me a Diet Coke instead of the drink I actually ordered. So I guess she failed at that part of her job as well. We all make mistakes. No big deal. But how you handle them is another story. Will not be visiting this Burger King again....

The GM Veronica was absolutely rude this morning as I was rushed during my order, I DID NOT complete my order. The order was separated without request as Penny decided to share with me at the register… needless to say the order should have been combined. I’m the past, I too have worked in the fast food industry, and I am POSITIVE that quality customer service is a goal! Therefore, any personal issues in which one has should be handled before you interact with the customer. Should I call and tell my friends in Brookhaven MS to be prepared for the vicious tiger Veronica in the mornings!!! 8:42AM is not the time to ruin...
