Read moreMy order is normally accurate. However the staff is often rude. Today I placed a mobile order. Was told to pull to the second window. Upon doing so. A lady stuck her head from the first window and yelled “HELLLO” made me back up. Just to make me sit there. Then was still to prideful to say she made a mistake. And said she had to give me a receipt saying she had to make sure it was accurate. And they gave me a Diet Coke instead of the drink I actually ordered. So I guess she failed at that part of her job as well. We all make mistakes. No big deal. But how you handle them is another story. Will not be visiting this Burger King again....

The order was separated without request as Penny decided to share with me at the register… needless to say the order should have been combined.
