This place needs new management and a retrained staff. On July the 13th they had a sign on the door they were unexpectedly closed. (Probably because employees didn't want to work). But on August 15th I placed a mobile order and the whole experience was awful. When I arrived I was told they didn't have frappes. (Probably a good thing because my last one was disgusting). I asked just to be refunded which the manager (a black guy in his 40s about 5.10) ignored. A few minutes went past and I once again told him to refund me for the frappe and he said I have to do it through the mobile app. I told him the mobile app doesn't do refunds. They gave me a taco and I told them you would have to give me another one because the frappe was $2. The manager said "no it only cost a $1". I showed him the receipt and he yelled at the only person preparing the food for telling him it's $1. (He is the manager and standing in front of the menu board. He should know the prices!) I received another taco but the story gets worse. My food was far from enjoyable. The fries were stale, hard, lukewarm, and tasteless, my grilled chicken looked like it had been cut into shape to fit the small bun and was something that should be $2. The tacos they gave me were horrid and tasted like the shells are delivered with the meat frozen inside. They were a disgrace. If Chipotle and Qdoba have gold star tacos, Taco Bell has a silver, BK tacos receive a star made out of used tin foil. And the most disappointing was the spicy chicken. The sandwich was almost completely crispy skin. The meat inside was so thin that a single fry has more girth and width to it. I loved this Burger King as a kid but this location is facing impending closure if y'all do not hire new management, retrain and hire new team members, and serve fresh fries, thicker chicken fillets, and remove those disgusting tacos. A Chick Fil A and a Chili's are opening across the street. And a Freddy's Burgers is opening down the street. Make changes at this location and fix the food everywhere. I recently visited a Burger King location rated 3.0 stars, and to my surprise, I had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, exceeding my expectations based on the rating. Management’s adherence to corporate policy—particularly regarding app order pickup—was commendable, though somewhat inconvenient. Despite this minor hassle, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment.
The dining room was impressively clean, creating a welcoming environment to dine in. The addition of Atmosphere TV was a thoughtful touch, adding both charm and entertainment to the experience. However, the bathroom facilities left much to be desired—the men’s room urinal had a strong odor and was poorly maintained. While this seems more like a corporate issue related to aesthetics, the lack of upkeep was disappointing.
Additionally, the sign out front reading “Nerds are here” felt oddly ambiguous. While it likely refers to the promotional Nerds candy, it could also be misinterpreted as a comment on the patrons or employees. Maybe I’m being particular, but messaging clarity matters!

Read moreEven when not busy the staff has a problem with quality control. This includes giving a customer another customers sandwich. Then after that the customer who didn't get his food asks when they will get it and the store says it has already been given. At which point the manager comes to the table and starts taking food out of the bags we had our food in. Also while intimating that it was the customers fault for taking food that wasnt theirs. Seconds later after managers hands were removed from our hopefully clean food... Notice that the sourdough burger bread is white and not properly toasted. Managers response... Oh well. Not... Oh let me check and see if I can retoast. Just oh well all while refusing to look at the customer. Instead of offering to fix the problem the manager just says I'll give you money back... And promptly refuses to give back the money for the fries and soda... which leads to another argument asa clearly wew aren't staying to eat or drink that by itself. Complete lack of customer service. The manager should not be interfacing with customers at all. Basically a complete failure...
