The absolute worst dominoes i have ever done business with. I was insulted and disrespected by a delivery driver named Lamar. My daughter who is 16 but small due to a disease she was born with, was routinely going to the door to receive the pizza. She said she was rudely told to get an adult, i order from here 4+ times a month and normally without any discrepancies. When i told the delivery guy that she normally gets the pizzas a and that this is the first time ive ever heard this, he proceeds to get in a shouting match, while using explicit language with me saying what if she drops it. I turn to go put some clothes on because i went to the door in a tshirt, and the concerns about my daughter dropping the pizza goes all out the window because the delivery guy, throws the pizza on the steps and walks off. I go in person to complain and the only vindication, i receive is my money back. I call several weeks later to place an order and request that he dies not deliver nor make my food, and am told "that is not the way it works" and the phone hung up in my face. Following I go again in person only to see him there answering phones and now my delivery charge is reimbursed. At this point i am looking for a lawyer, i have the whole incident saved on my surveillance cameras. I placed my order just before 1:30. The email I received stated the delivery window to be between 10 and 20 minutes (which I knew was unlikely but figured it meant they would be relatively fast). After about an hour, the tracker updated to show that the pizza had been delivered. I waited another 15 minutes before calling the store.
The employee who answered the phone told me "the driver called you but you must have given the wrong number". I know this is impossible because I haven't changed my number in over two years and I order from the app often. He offered to get the manager and left the line open, so I could hear background noise from the store. I sat waiting for another 5 minutes before I hung up and called back.
I was finally informed that I would not receive my pizza tonight. The only positive was that the manager was friendly and courteous. He told me I would be refunded the rewards points that I used and credited a free pizza as well.
So, between the failed delivery and dishonest employees, I doubt I'll ever order from this location again. Very...

(Very Imp. Reason) - For my last delivery the driver fraudulently charged me extra bucks to my order. When confronted, the franchise owner and the General Manger were very casual on this issue and that means they encourage such activity and are least cared about their customers privacy data.
For the above incident, the General manager didn’t have any records of who was the driver which is very concerning in dire situations involving any drivers.
The manager assured that the extra amount is credited to my account but when visited again there was no record of the above credits. I should admit the manager then was really good and applied the discount to my order.
Domino’s customer care left the decision with the franchise owner which again is very lame.
There’s a lot to write but again I don’t want and sorry that because of one person the whole store and hard working people there have to read this. Again my intention is to ensure the store take such matter with at most...
