To the Young woman who went back and forth with me about whether or not my order had whipped cream on the top, you should be ashamed of yourself. You lied and said that your coworker put no whip cream at all when the sticker clearly says no whip at bottom. Reading is essential if you can’t do it then maybe Starbucks isn’t for you. I have a Starbucks inside of the facility I work at. I only stopped at this location because it was recommended by a coworker. I would never debate with someone at 6:30 in the morning about whether or not their order had whipped cream on the top. Get over yourself. This was absolutely the most disgusting and worst Starbucks experience. Take accountability, young lady. To the young lady that took my order, kudos to you for maintaining your composure as I watched you, witness your coworker slander your name. It takes a certain level of maturity to ignore someone who is loud and wrong.
Update: I have been in the restroom for almost 2 hours on and off. The only reason that might be is because your barista can’t read correctly. Bought a white chocolate mocha latte or so I thought but when I arrived to work and opened my paper holiday cup to pour my drink into my new plastic holiday cup, I realized that the weird sediment I was tasting was actually dragonfruit from a cup they previously mixed a dragonfruit refresher in and recycled it for my drink. I understand about the supply chain management issues but they could have at least rinsed the cup more thoroughly before putting my drink in it. There's no viable excuse for that kind of nonsense! What if I was allergic to the refresher ingredients? I'm deeply disappointed because this location it was my favorite Starbuck's to visit after a hard day at the hospital but now I've lost faith in them. Read moreI stopped by this store earlier today to pickup an order for my customer. After 10+ minutes and 3 employees seeing me at the mobile order/online pickup area, I was never acknowledged. Others that came inside to place orders were acknowledged and served quickly. One of the three finally asked if was waiting for an order? I said "yes" and gave her the name. Being ignored is one thing but the other issue I had was that my order was already made, bagged, sealed and sitting on a counter the entire time. I did not appreciate being ignored and having to wait for my order that was already ready. I did not appreciate not receiving an apology for the wait. I did not appreciate having to make my customer wait to receive her order when all of this could have been avoided.
