Tonight around 8:30 my boyfriend had placed an order for delivery from the Geppeto’s on Ridge Rd. In Cleveland, Ohio. He ordered the sampler platter and fries, was then told the cost would be $18.80 and would be delivered within 30-45 minutes. An hour went by and he decided to give them a call and to his surprise the woman he spoke with said “She never took your order down, and the driver left a half hour ago.” He then asked to speak to the manager to which she replied “I am the manager. There’s nothing I can do.” And hung up on him. He has screen shots of the times he called to place his order and then again to check on the order when he found out the girl he spoke with originally never took down what he wanted then falsely stated that it would be delivered. We have been ordering from this restaurant for years now and have never had such terrible customer service. Is there a corporate phone number we can call to report this? Or is there some way for this situation to be handled properly? Because the “manager” at that specific Geppeto’s obviously has no right having that title with the way she spoke to my boyfriend and the lack of remorse she had for ruining dinner for our family - including a 9 year old boy. Read moreI’m just gonna get straight to business on this one. RAW CHICKEN WINGS. Yes, 30$ for 20 wings (which is crazy) and I picked them up and everything was cool. Super excited about trying these wings my pregnant girlfriend has been bragging about. Only to have found out we started eating them and noticed they kinda tasted funky and then started inspecting them and there’s no way someone hit these chicken wings with a thermometer. Then when calling back to make a complaint they said “can you bring the wings back up here and we’ll remake them or give you a refund.” Absolutely not honestly for all of that they should’ve just offered a refund over the phone or offered to deliver new wings. I wanted nothing else to do with this establishment and the weather is horrible so needless to say im gonna just say I lost out on 30$ but will never spend another dollar here. As well as my girlfriend is concerned about the wellbeing of herself and our unborn child. I will be consulting a lawyer and let these be a warning to both the owner of the business and future...
Read moreI ordered a half sheet supreme, and I received basically a half sheet cheese bread with toppings no sauce and barely any cheese.,so disappointed!!it wasn't delivered in a hot bag. Literally my entire order was awful and cold .I also ordered 20 buffalo garlic wings tried to eat one thar was also cold! as I was eating my daughter started to cry hers was raw.. sure a shit it was and mine the whole order. I normally don't order from gepettos but my son wanted it for his birthday. Worst 100.00 ever and what made it even worse was the manager wanted a Picture and was given a Pic of the chicken and refused anything to compensate for such a poorly made order.they basically didn't care. I even asked if they could just have someone pick the food up because no one will eat it, and they could see what poor quality they were serving but unfortunately they couldn't do anything.
