Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brookside

Absolutely terrible experience with this storefront in specific. made a mobile order while at home. was emailed after my order when it was on the way and when it even arrived in the neighborhood. but never got an email that it was delivered. which it wasn’t. i have a ring camera and it never showed up at my door. no one did. 1 hour and 35 minutes later i call and the first person to answer tells me it’s 1 minute out. 15 minutes later i call again and was put on hold 3 TIMES. on the third time, they assisted me and presumed to speak with condescending tone and persist that it was delivered because a “veteran” driver said they delivered it. the driver said my ring camera told them to go away(my camera isn’t even setup to do that lol). guess they were offended and took the food with them. guy on the phone said “oh well you can talk through it tho” speaking as if im lying and not believing me. finally after trying to plead my case for 15 minutes they said the would remake my order just this once and i just said “ok” in absolute shock at the service i received. never ordering from this store again. the only good experience i earned from this was from the 2nd driver who actually delivered my food and was respectful regardless of the probable picture they painted on me. they’ll side with the driver every time. if you have an issue, this store won’t believe you and think your lying. you’ll sit on hold for 20 minutes, after 2 hours of waiting for food, and if you’re lucky, you’ll actually get what you PAID for....

Wish I could give zero stars. Should have checked the reviews of this location before ordering. An hour after the order was placed ot went out for delivery. I live 3 minutes away. 40 minutes after they left to deliver, I called the store to see what was going on. I was told that only my order had been taken to be delivered and they weren't sure "why it was taking 9,000 years". About 5 minutes later I got a call from the delivery driver who was about a minute away and confused on where to go. I clarified the directions her GPS was giving her and she thanked me. 10 minutes or so after that I got a call from a different number, a different delivery driver was on the phone. I guess she had given up on finding the house, driven home, and someone else had taken the order out again. It arrived with a mumbled "sorry about that". I opened the food....the order was wrong. I called the store back and was put on with a manager. He said "so do you want me to remake them and send them out again?" I explained that it was much too late at this point and he said "well I guess I'll give you credits for the incorrect items and you can get them free next time you call." No apologies, no concern for the poor service. 2+ hours waiting for incorrectly made...

Ordered a pizza from here. Horrifyingly poor service. I ordered two medium pizzas and some hot wings, the guy told me that it would take 1-2 hour(s). About 3 hours later, the pizza didn't arrive and so I called them and asked about it. They told me that all their drivers where all back and that I had gotten it already, which I didn't. They asked me if I wanted to order another, which I agreed to. It's been 3 weeks, still don't know where it is.

Called tonight actually, asked to speak to the manager, switched the phone over, it was ringing for sometime, but, all of a sudden, the phone hung-up. I didn't even get to speak to the guy. I personally think, that maybe head office should ask them why, they treat their paying customers like dirt. I will NEVER buy another pizza from Domino's, period. Any future costumers that want to order a pizza here, should stop and think, "when...
