This restaurant is fine as long as there is no problem. We had problems (food left out etc) which we continually let go. As long as we did that all was fine.Eventually we got tired of that & and spoke to the woman about it who said she would make it up on the next order. I asked how she would remember & she said she would. She promised. Needless to say when we ordered again & we told her she said fine . When we picked up the order she did not do as she promised. When we asked she started screaming at us. I called her when I got home & tried again to reason with her. She screamed at me & hung up. A young man where my daughter works got a lunch combo there. The chicken was old & dried out. He told my daughter he would be right back as he was going to bring it back. He arrived back with nothing. He told my daughter that when he tried to speak the woman screamed at him & threw him out of the store. Also when we first started going there I waited in the car as my daughter went in with my credit card to pay. When you use a credit card the receipt gives you an option to tip which is for dining in.The woman tricked my daughter into adding a tip. As she had never picked up anything before with a credit card she didn't know you don't tip just for picking up your order. Yeah try & get that money adjusted back on the credit card. It never happened. For everyone giving these great reviews don't forget to post the results of what happens to you if you have a problem . If you try & return bad food when they are very crowded you may possibly get good results only because they don't want the other customers to know what's going on.
It might be a good idea for the owners to start respecting their customers. this post comes with one star. That is only because you cannot post your comments unless you click at least one star. My true rating would be...
Read moreI have been going here for the last 19 months. Really good Chinese food except for their egg rolls taste horrible to me.
I have recently started eating the Chinese mustard in with my rice. I love it. The last two times I asked for mustard she did not give me the amount I asked for. The first time I asked for 3 packets and I was given 2. I tried telling her I wanted three and she walked away. I chalked it up to her not understanding.
So this last time I asked for four and she gave me three. This time I was more direct and said I want 4. This time she outright said no. I said the usual thing people say when they feel the customer service was below expectations...as in I've been a regular customer and will not be coming back....but said to her respectfully.
Folks, if you want five mustards tell her u want six and that way u will get your five.
Another thing she does is that when u go to get your money out she will step back into the kitchen preparing food and putting the food into the bags to go.
I've stood there many times thinking to myself....is she ever going to come back to the register.
I'll grab Chinese food from the town I work in before I leave and this way I can buy good egg rolls and get the reasonable amount of packets I've...
Read moreThis place was highly recommend. We were super excited to have Chinese tonight. Ordered hot and sour soup..that was really good! Two egg rolls, also very good. Ordered beef Mei fun..they used curry on the beef..it doesn't come with curry! Ordered fried dumplings..they were unbelievably chewy, hard and yet the inside seemed uncooked...horrible! The fried noodles they give you were super stale. I called and complained. We aren't complainers at all. However to much was wrong. The lady answered and I told her what was wrong. She tried to argue with me over the phone. So we drove back and she replaced the order. The beef Mei fun was better. Finally no curry after she argued that they didn't put any on. The dumplings though were still awful! I watched while they made them. They aren't made fresh. They aren't panned fried. Then steamed like they should. They took them out of the soup and flashed fried them. This time the weren't even edible, I fried them myself. Fried dumplings aren't white, they are golden brown. Needled to say we will...
