THE STARS ARE FOR THE SALES ATTENDANT ONLY!!! I visited this location on August 21st to switch my Verizon 8 line business account as well my personal family plan and to $$ price out the IPhone 15 vs the Motorola razor. Immediately upon arrival, I was slapped in the face with a rush of hot air. Every corner of that store was warmer than it was outside by 10°+ in the middle of August!!! Ugh. The sales attendant was busy with another customer, but still managed to give me a cheerful, "hello, I'll be right with you." After a few minutes they must of been able to tell how uncomfortable and light headed I was becoming because they Apologized for the heat and offered me a bottle of water while reassuring me again that they would get me out of there as quickly as possible. Very kind. I felt like I was going to pass out after just a couple minutes in the store. I don't know how they work in that miserable heat with just a few fans blowing hot air in circles. They certainly weren't helping that I could tell, except maybe to dry the sweat that started melting off my face! I had to redo my makeup before going back to the office. This is terrible! And to find out that they've been expected to work in these conditions for the last 2 months... in the middle of summer...tsk..tsk... I would never allow any of my employees, let alone my dog to endure such appalling, hazardous, conditions. It goes to speak highly, I think, of those employees work ethics and dedication to their jobs that they are even putting up with this... for a long as they have, I mean, come on! Despite how nice the sales attendant was, I had to get out of there! Needles to say, this location just lost out on a very lucrative contract and sadly, the poor sales attendant just lost out on a big commission, I'm sure! Such a shame, They certainly deserve it and had it not been for the company's negligence, you're employee would not of lost out on all 12 activations and a new IPhone 15. From one business owner to another, the blatant disrespect you are showing your loyal employees that continue to make you money, they should never have to come into work to loss money at no fault of there...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was not able to give this zero Stars I have not ever had such poor service in my entire life as I have at this store I had bought a watch and spent a little over $100 on it so it was not cheap it took a while to figure out how to get it took up to my phone from the time that I got it it only States charged 2 days I brought it back I asked to speak to a manager the employee that I was speaking to said I am the assistant manager and there is nothing I can do about exchanging it or refunding my money because it does not stay charged on the back it clearly says it stays charged for up to 7 days he told me that it was my fault that I did not bring it back before 7 days I should have returned it when I realized it was not working right but for anybody that is buying any products I warn you now do not go there to buy anything they are selling bad products and you will not get a refund or an exchange for anything decent you will only get rude service especially from the...

I have always taken pride and dedication to make sure my families finances are as well spent as possible. When a close friend encouraged me to me to save money by simply switching to cricket from my current provider, I was unconvinced. I thought for sure I had the best plan for my family. Curious and anxious to rule cricket out; I decided to look into crickets offers. While in the area and done with errands, I walked into the store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and positive faces. The cricket staff was such a a pleasure to be around. Within 10 minutes I was able to get a cheaper plan and two new phones for my kids. I'll be saving money each month and have new devices . Thank you guys!!! ...
