We eat at Jimmy Johnās weekly or semi-weekly and this location has had more issues with our order than weāve ever experienced anywhere. We usually order drive thru and the last three times weāve come home with something wrong. The first time none of the modifications were correct, the second time one sandwich had no meat in it, and this last time they forgot our kidās sandwich, messed up my sandwich (asked for no onions, had onions) and gave us someone elseās sandwich. Each time, the employees sounded confused about the procedure to rectify the situation, offered no refund, and seemed annoyed that I expected to have another sandwich made. The first time, I let the mistakes go and ate my food begrudgingly, the second time I had to drive back to get a sandwich with meat in it, the third time I asked for a refund for the missing sandwich and to have the missing sandwich delivered, which the store refused and told me I had to come in in person to get a refund. I was told but the manager Shane to come back for the correct sandwich. I asked if there was any way I could get the correct sandwich replaced, I would even pay the delivery fee but was told no. I had to come back. I cannot because I have a meeting to attend. Unfortunately the sandwich I ordered was veggie for another person who cannot eat meat and the one received was with turkey. My other sandwich was missing items requested.
Poor Customer service and no response from management. We will never come back after this type of service. I will make sure that you are not recommended to others as well. When I received my in the inside was covered in breadcrumbs like it had been made on bread and then put in the lettuce wrap. I understand the risk that Iām taking BUT this was bad. I called the shop and was met with a bunch of excuses about how itās in the mayo and they try to avoid it but the bread crumbs werenāt in the mayo as I wiped most of it off as I forget to say I didnāt want any.
