Of the few times I visited this place prior to this incident, I thought it was pretty cool until I needed their help. A patron of theirs on 01/27/24 left this bar at 11:00 PM and damaged my son's parked vehicle as she was pulling out of her parking stall. My son, while working out at the apartments across the street, witness this patron hit and damages his car as she pulled out of the stall. She left without leaving her contact information. We captured a photo of the vehicle but not the entire license plate. Yesterday I asked the Colorado Keg House for some help to identify this person (since we think that she was the last person to leave the bar on this date) but they have blown me off and refused to help. The staff is rude and unfriendly. Funny how they treat you when you are a customer but not willing to help when you are a neighbor. To the staff, you gladly took my generous tip on my various visits and appeared to be friendly but your true colors were shown today. You have lost several customers because of the way you have treated me and our request.
Response to your response:
We believe this patron was your last customer that evening. We wanted your help to identify her using your indoor cameras. You never gave me the opportunity to communicate about why I needed your help. You were rude and didn't care. Maybe you know this person and maybe you don't but I will never know by the way you treated me. I want your patrons to know your true side. You can change the outcome by helping me identify this person. She left at just before 11:00 PM last Saturday. A police report was filed this evening and this incident was listed it as a hit and run. Unlike you, your neighbors are more empathetic and willing to help. That's what neighbors are supposed to do...
Read moreThis was my first time here and the beer selection is great and the staff was very friendly. To be fair I really would like this place but I really have to fault it for making me feel so unsafe during a national pandemic. The mask law was not being enforced whatsoever. Every single customer that passed by my table was freely walking around without a mask on indoors, defying state law. If law enforcement happened to come in tonight, this place would have been shut down immediately. I’m not a sensitive baby about covid and I’ve been out to plenty of breweries and restaurants during the pandemic, but other places enforce mask rules and feel safer than this place. I get the feeling it’s a lot of regulars that come here that feel very comfortable with each other, but too bad, you don’t get to violate state law just because you know the employees. Even some of the employees weren’t wearing masks and were hugging and touching customers and then waiting on other tables. This place is a biohazard waiting to happen and I’ll never come back here. If you value your health and safety you won’t go here either until the pandemic is long gone. If you think covid is fake then definitely go here, it’s a cool place, but if you believe in science, wait a few years before you check this place out.
I just saw there’s another review from a month ago that noticed the same issues of staff and customers not following state law and safety protocols and the owner said it was “addressed with staff”... I guess so, right?...

The reason for 4 stars is the atmosphere. This bar lacks character, is too dark and gloomy, and the sheer amount of TVs is just distracting. They all play a different channel and it's just a huge distraction from a conversation and socializing with people. I want to enjoy a tasty pint while chatting with friends, not watch baseball, hockey, reality show, and 5 other channels at the same time. if I wanted that I would go to a sports bar, not a keg house. My advice: take down half the TVs, cut the channels to Chive and one other sport and play music with character, not just the generic stuff that won't offend anyone, but at the same time won't make anyone come back. Also, offering at least appetizers would be great (at least until 8pm, you don't have to have the kitchen opened all night!), even though you do redeem yourself by being a bring your...
