I go through this drive through at least 3 times a week, for the past couple yrs now... Last week I had to go in to the store because of the construction in the driveway. Welllll let's say I waited over 10 min the barista called everyone's name to let them know their drink was ready.. when it came to mine she said "white mocha" and slipped it to the end of the counter.. the drink was hot so I assumed it wasn't mine since I asked for Iced white mocha.. as I was Standing there I started to think that has to be mine since I'm still the only one standing here and people behind me already getting their drinks. I walked up and seen my name on the hot white mocha 🙄 I said oo excuse me this was supposed to be an iced one.. she snatched out of my hand and made it ice.. My thing is that if the barista would of called my name like the others then I wouldn't have waited as long as I did. Or even if she asked what I was waiting on I wouldn't of stood there as long. She didn't acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. She didn't bother to help me.. I really wish there was another Starbucks around, I would NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE. Read moreI've been going to thus Starbucks pretty much daily for months now. Occasionally I'd get a latte that wouldn't taste like my usual so I'd ask that they remake it. They always did so without a problem or question. The second time it would always be wonderful. Today was not the same experience. The girl at the drive through window seemed hesitant. I drove up to the window and the manager I assume asked me what's wrong with it and I told him it didn't taste like anything. He then remarked how this happened yesterday I agreed and told him I come there everyday so I know how It should taste. The latte they remade me this time was worse than the first one I told him after he asked me to try the new one. For someone that comes there everyday you'd think they wouldn't be questioning you they'd be apologizing for not doing it right the first time. I guess I won't be going back there for a watered down latte and bad customer service. It's too bad I really liked my morning...
Read moreAfter six different trips of the worst experience, I have to finally give up on this location. I have had messed up drinks, continually out of stock common items, excessively long drive thru times with no clear cause, extremely poor customer service. This most recent time, they had apparently turned off the mic for the drive thru (according to staff inside) and after 4 cars gave up on their orders, I decided to pull around and go inside. When I got to the counter, I asked to speak to a manager. The lady at the cash register said that there was only a shift manager around and did not attempt to go find her. When I explained my last six visits she stared blankly at me then shrugged and said “I don’t know I just make drinks”. She then walked away leaving me along at the counter.
Do not bother to visit this Starbucks until they get their store...
