Burger King — Restaurant in Broussard

This location is going down hill fast!

Friday we thru $37 worth of food away cause it was terrible. Cold, brown lettuce and poor taste like grease was terribly neglected and very old.

Saturday, night 45 minutes before closing. (2am) the truck ahead of us sat at the order intercom, 7 minutes. The worker walked out into the parking and went talk to her ride apparently waiting in the very rear of the lot by the trash cans. She said a few words… then she took off her head set and never took looked back or said anything. After going back inside, she never even took our orders. The truck ahead of us then pulled up to the window …. After a few minutes we also pulled up As we passed the other truck at the window & we paused to ask what was going on? They smiled and told us,,, “ I guess we are officially being ignored!” So We all pulled off.

We have had great experiences here. We have been treated awesome by previous managers and employees. Many stories of employees going over & above… However, whoever this crew is ,,, they are terrible and this is a great location and should had the attention of someone in upper management, who cares go turn this...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady taking my order was extremely curt and rude with me. When trying to give my order she continuously spoke over me. When I got to the window they were all laughing and one girl said “she ain’t gone tell her nothing” so I asked for the manager. Turns out the girl who took my order WAS the manager so I asked her who the district manager was and she responded Joanne. I then asked for a phone number and her name and she then told me she didn’t have her district managers number, and that her name was T’ara. When I asked for the DM’s full name she then lied and said she didn’t have her DM’s name. When I pointed out that she just said it was Joanna she then told me her full name, but insisted that I should look online if I wanted a number for customer...

The service here sucks. I went through drive thru on 3/15 at 12:10am and was asked to wait a second( drive thru was empty) a second turned into 10 min, then the car behind me asked if the speaker was working and I informed him I was asked to wait(he left). Ordered an number one add bacon and cheese sub ketchup for mayo. Waited another 5-7min at the window. Paid $10.88 and when I finally got my food the fries were cold and stale and my burger didn’t have bacon. I could understand if they were busy but it was literally just me and there were two workers inside. At least if they were going to have me wait that long the fries could’ve...
