First, my waitress, a girl with very short hair, was very polite and professional and I thought she did a good job. The name on the receipt I received is listed as tiffany, so I'm assuming that was my waitresses name. Thank you tiffany, you were a delight. I appreciated that you owned up to the delay we had with my fries and quickly went into the kitchen to resolve the issue, nicely done!

I purchased the bison burger which overall was a good burger, the grease from my burger made the bottom bun soggy which was not ideal but I do appreciate a juicy burger. If the bottom bun would have been toasted a little longer, I doubt the bottom bun would have gotten that soggy so quickly. I found that the lettuce was a little excessive given that I had lettuce upwards of 3 in around the entire perimeter of the burger. After a couple of bites in, I was able to wrap the lettuce around the entire hamburger patty. One of the patrons at the next table actually commented on the lattice of my burger mentioning that my burger had a cute skirt... The Smith fries were awesome! They were probably the highlight of my meal! Personally I would not consider them cajun fries, but they are very good...

The Build your own Burger is so good. Here's what I got... Regular beef, white bun, bacon, grilled onions, American cheese, Smith Sauce, and for that extra kick, Tabasco peppers. The burger patty itself was seasoned beautifully, with a very distinct black pepper flavor and medium well was perfectly executed.

I also got fries, which heads up doesn't come with the burger, but they were seasoned with that spicy Cajun seasoning and red chili flakes. You Cajun folk don't mess around with your spices, haha! I loved the whole meal, go here and get yourself a BYOB! Their other items, if the burger I had was anything to go by, are probably immaculate as well. Great job, guys! Props to Will for the excellent service and all the cooks who made a perfect...

3rd visit in 3 years. First visit burger was awesome in 2021, second visit burger was awesome in 2022 , third was tonight was it was a slight disappointment. Grilled chicken sandwich was delish but fried chicken sandwich was a fail. Breast way too big, tasted like old oil, crust fell off, slaw was from a bag and very bland, sauce wasn’t tasty. No pickle. Popeyes is better. Seasoning is missing on chicken, sauce on bun ….I didn’t taste at all due to taste of grease and slaw should be homemade. Onion rings were thin, crispy and hot and very good. Staff was rushed to close. Empty place at 8:50 pm. Price was reasonable if food is a step...
