Ninja Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Broussard

My boyfriend ordered steak hibachi and an egg roll and I ordered the spicy shrimp hibachi entree. His steak was inedible (he said it was tough and flavorless). (The manager immediately replaced his steak with shrimp when I advised her of the issue.) Both of our shrimp dishes (spicy and non) were delicious, with 10 good-sized shrimp each. The spicy had plenty of grilled jalapeños and it was surprisingly hot! The egg roll and rice were fine, but the vegetables were inedible mush. We are SO happy to have some fresh food options in Broussard!! We LOVED the spicy Shrimp, hibachi chicken and boba tea very much! The noodles are VERY disappointing- just spaghetti noodles with very little sauce so they're very dry. Not worth the extra $1. As someone who needs a high protein low carb diet, I would love to see you offer a double protein add-on and the ability to order double veggies, no rice or noodles. Still a great experience...

I had spicy steak and chicken plate which is large enough to share if you’re getting appetizers. It comes with broccoli, carrots and fried rice. It also has jalapeños in it which spices it up to make it delicious. Just moved to this area and happy that it is only 5 minutes away. Tastes like a home cooked meal. Big shout ti the staff.
