If ZERO star rating was possible, that would be my choice. Will never be returning here again. The young lady who sat at the front stand was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The foul tongue she had was incredibly unprofessional, and then had the audacity to cause a scene and embarrass our family and friends. She continued to tell us that we had to wait to be seated until our party was there, when rest of said party showed up, we walk up and tell her everyone was there. She then continues to tell us there is a 45 minute wait with available tables. We tried to clear the air with her about the misunderstanding, but she thought it was okay to start having a smug, Ms-know-it-all attitude. So in return, we started talking with her the same way. Well she didn’t like that. So her comeback was to RAISE HER VOICE at us and tell ALL OF US, “YOU AND YOUR WHOLE PARTY NEED TO LEAVE!” There was ZERO professionalism, indecent, no clsss, and just honestly an embarrassment. We didn’t catch her name because she never felt the need to introduce it, not even when we called ahead to ask about wait times before even deciding to go there. We were coming here for a double birthday dinner. She was tan, dark hair, and I believe had a green shirt on if I’m not mistaking. Most noticeable thing was her sassy attitude. We drove almost an hour away to go there to just waste our time and have a bad taste in our mouth about this place. This was our first impression of this restaurant. Her face and voice is how we will remember this place. That is the face of the restaurant. Terrible. Do...

I usually LOVE LT’s however tonight left me quite disappointed. Every year I go there to celebrate my birthday and have boil crawfish. I know how they operate because like I said we go every year (they are one of the few restaurants with boil crawfish so early in the season.) I know crawfish is hit or miss so I decided to call at 4:30 before going and before they open, to see if they are Serving crawfish tonight which I was told NO. I called because I knew if they did it would have been limited so we would have to go early. Since I was told no we decided to go a little later and when we arrived people were eating CRAWFISH. Then of course they told me they were out and sold out in less than an hour of opening. That is partially why I’m leaving this review because I called and they told me no In other words lied. The other reason I’m leaving this review is because after deciding to stay and order other things and drinks, about 30mins into our stay a family walks in and gets CRAWFISH. So I called and they LIED about not having crawfish then when we are there a family walks in way after us and gets crawfish when they were supposed to be “out”. It was obvious the staff saved it for the family because they were sitting there chatting with the family. When we spoke to the manager she said she was going to look into it and agreed it wasn’t fair but we never heard from her after. All I’m saying is if you are going to have “rules” and say one thing honor it across the board and don’t lie to your...

I am so livid right now! We visit LTS on a regular basis, and have never had any issues with the restaurant whatsoever. After tonight, I will never go back, and I will let everyone I know how we were treated there tonight! I waited over an hour and a half for my food, My husband had already eaten his. It had came out 45 minutes earlier. The poor waitress had no clue what was going on with the kitchen, and kept apologizing for it. I asked her to get the manager to come to the table, and she did. I told The very young manager how frustrated I was about having to wait so long for my food to come out when my husband had already eaten, she said well, we’re very busy and it is lent time. I totally get that I told her, but I have seen boiled shrimp go by several times to people who have ordered after I had. And I simply just asked her to take off the $19.65 and she said she couldn’t do that… I told her to call the owner. When she returned to the table, she told me that the owner said that either I would have to pay for the food, or they would have to take it back… I said, take the food back! I cannot believe a restaurant would want to lose a valued customer who visits on a regular basis Over $19.65! Absolutely absurd I will never...

In town for a softball tournament in youngsville and this place was recommended by the worker at our hotel. I called in the order and made my way to the restaurant. When I walked in, the host told me told to-go orders are at the bar. I went to the bar and was not acknowledged even though two workers were standing behind the bar. There was 1 customer sitting at the bar. After several minutes of not even being spoken to by the many staff who steadily walked past me and into the bar area to grab sauces from the fridge. One lady finally came from the back and asked the name on my order. Get back to our hotel to these terrible portions. While the food was good, the portions absolutely were not being that these entrees were $20 a piece. Very disappointing to receive this after starving all day because we didn’t want ballpark food. My total was $46.14 with taxes. Smh

Been here 10+ times now and it’s time to pay my respect for their wonderful food. I have almost tried everything on their menu and none of them let me down. Their boiled crawfish, crab and Cajun sriracha oysters are so delicious, you can actually smell it in the air when you walk in this place. Fried shrimps, catfish and blackened fish (or chicken breast, that’s a hidden menu) are very juicy and goes well with pasta or po-boy. You can choose anything you like on the menu and it won’t be wrong. My only advice will be choose fried mushrooms over onion rings if you want some non-meat appetizer, mushrooms are more bite size and less greasy. Another thing is they seem to overcook kids menu items to make sure it’s safe, so you can let them know if you have other preferences. (Yes, I tried kids menu already)

The food was pretty good.. Not too bad. The fried food was a little salty but better. seasoned then most "cajun" places. I tried the shrimp lala(good but salty), the Lt's oysters(very good, fried oysters on the half with crab meat and hollandaise sauce), bass with veggies and pasta(pretty good), and fried soft shell crabs that came with no side, pasta or rice for 20 bucks(good but salty), and I ordered 2 seafood platters to go and found the portions for a seafood platter to be small, more like a seafood sampler or seafood tasting. For 25.00 which is the standard price for most, I've had better portions. Not all food was pictured. I'd go back and give it another try but I wouldn't go out of my way to try them, they were ok but I wouldn't rave about it. Overall, not too bad.
