McDonald's — Restaurant in Broussard

: This McDonald's I hate with every passion in my being I was a everyday customer sometimes to three times a day now y'all can scratch me off your list of the rest of my life I will never go to McDonald's ever again I used to love McDonald's but due to the staff at McDonald's in St Martinville I may go to other McDonald's but I will never again mark my words you will never see me again that McDonald's these people literally go out of their way to make me have a bad bad bad day I was having an awesome day until I went to this McDonald's once again they go out of their way to make me have a miserable day when I'm at the drive-thru cuz I have a mobile order I'm waiting for them to say hi welcome to McDonalds can I take your order or even say something they don't say anything but of course they do this all the time to me but I've had enough of it now the other lane had two cars already go through and I'm still sitting there waiting for someone to answer me and still no 1 answers me so yet I once again leave and peel out again of your parking lot so I don't care if you get better help over there I don't care. But I WILL MAKE EVERYONE...

Update: Went at 1:00pm. This McDonalds is usually busy for breakfast, lunch and dinner hours, but today at 1:00 there were no cars in the drive thru. I ordered at the speaker, paid, went to the pickup window and was given my bag of food almost immediately. Apparently they had some Quarterpounders and fries that had been ordered and not served. So I got cold a$$ chewy fries and a cold burger.

Don’t order with the mobile app. I’ve done it twice thinking it would be faster. I placed the order 5minutes before I arrived. After I told the order taker my mobile order number she told me to pull up to the 1st window. That guy offered me a receipt which I took then drove to the 2nd window. She gave me my drink and told me to pull to the 3rd window. I sit there about 7 minutes while other vehicles get their order and pull around me. What’s the point of the mobile app? When the girl brought me my bag of food she first put her hands in the bag to check if it was my order! You should know what’s in the bag and if it’s my order!!! The manager is rude and condescending, no professionalism exists anywhere near here. The coworkers are very disrespectful 99.89% of the times I go there. IF I plan to go there I order on the mobile app to avoid as much attitude and bad energy I can get through a drive through but that doesn’t even work. The staff was beyond rude. I usually avoid this location because of the disrespectful employees, bad food quality, slow lines, and because they always find a new way to mess up my order. I asked them for items that were ordered through the app and on my receipt like SAUCES, and they REFUSED to give them to me then shut the window and walked away. Haven’t seen anything like it. I wouldn’t go. They ruin your mood. The disrespect is beyond me, and don't get me started about the inside atmosphere this place has, it is a void of anything that resemble a welcome environment.
