So today we decided to go eat at this place because it was my son's friend's birthday (12 years old). My son is also 12 years old. I go to the buffet with the two boys to serve ourselves. The boys are serving themselves and I was serving myself but all near each other at buffet. The manager, Scott, mouths off to the kids that they are supposed to be accompanied by adult when they are 12 and under. Instead of telling me, he addresses the kids which is not a way to handle the issue. I heard it but thought of letting it go as technically they were near me. When we go to sit with the family, I can see Scott near register talking about us. I go to address the issue as everyone is talking about us and laughing. When I get to the register I ask is there a problem. Scott, the manager, says yes that kids 12 and under are supposed to be accompanied by an adult in a very rude and disturbed way. I said I was not but 8 feet away from them and we were the only ones at the buffet. I was accompanying them. The kids were not making mess but doing what we taught them for years and that is to be a responsible adult and fix you own plate. The manager was extremely rude in tone towards me. They kept showing me signs "Under 12 should be accompanied by an adult." Look I know how to read but maybe you have a different definition of what accompanying minors is. If you meant to say kids 12 and under are not supposed to serve themselves then say that. The situation was handled in a very unprofessional way and could have been a totally different experience. Needless to say I asked for money back and we all left. We will not be back based on service from Scott. Sorry owners you lose on customer because of lack of training or care from Scott.

--FOOD-- A nice variety of food here. Not just Italian food, but Southern food as well (like rice and gumbo). If you get fresh food, you're in for a good time. But there's a chance for food that's been sitting there for a little while, it seems, like my dessert pizzas or fried pickles. About 35% of it was "old." Oh well, I still somewhat enjoyed their pizza.
--SERVICE-- Service only implies, at my time at the restaurant, to pick up dishes during and after your time here... That's it. Nice of the workers to do that, at least. And they seem to keep themselves busy with that and cleaning tables.
--ATMOSPHERE-- I don't really bother with the atmosphere, to be honest, unless it's a randomly decorated restaurant. They fit their theme, at least. But these random video games placed at the end of the restaurant kind of throw it off. Not really a complaint, but if you have kids that love video games, make sure they don't bother other customers. It would have been better if they had a separate room for their...
Read moreIt was, unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The one waiting our table was more interested in obtaining a fresh made pizza for her boyfriend than waiting out table. We we're the only ones present and had to move our empty plates to another table. Aside from that the food was also a disappointment. The salad dressing - in this case, thousand island - was incredibly salty. The gumbo was an italian version of the Cajun dish: made with tomatoes, and lacking rue, it seemed. The only thing on the pizza side that I could eat was the delicious bread sticks. All of the pizza I tried was salty. The chicken was great when it was fresh. That was about an hour before we arrived. The spaghetti sauce with meat balls was also old and dried out. The meat balls were definitely not going swimming in sauce any time soon. They were like, covered in tomato paste icing... I've never been disappointed in Sicily's before. We haven't been there for a while, and the food and even the selection, I am sorry to say, was poor and disappointingly depressing. It causes me to wonder if that's why there were only about two or three tables the whole time...
