Easily accessible, they make great coffee here! My wife gets a white mocha frappe at Chino with extra pumps of white mocha, and I get a green tea frappe at Chino with raspberry sweetener, both made perfectly this morning! I am staying at the hotel across main street and I got there at 5:31 AM this morning when they opened with no line at all. The barista‘s were kind and cordial and even offered my German Shepherd who is sitting next to me a big cup of whipped cream at no extra charge because he was drooling. Great coffee! Central and easily accessible location! Thanks for the wonderful experience Starbucks!

Good group of individuals operating the day-to-day, here. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable management and barista staffing. Pretty 'on par' as far as discernable turn-over to service-quality ratio is concerned. Remember, most branches perform cross-training and continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives, so you'll likely never encounter a consistent "no wait" environment, regardless of geography. You CAN look forward to a few familiar faces, though. Everyone i's pretty bubbly, outgoing, and kind-- a slew of qualities most look for when trying to start your day on a positive note.

Greeted with a friendly and happy hello!! Customer service was on point and I received my white chocolate mocha rather quickly compared to other Starbucks I have visited. My only disappointment would be the restroom which was not as clean as I would have expected.

Batista, Luke, at store 13648 (Broussard, LA) is amazing! I just left the drive-thru at 8:49am and it was a pleasant experience to start the morning off. He welcomed with me a warm, friendly greeting upon arrival and took my order promptly. He repeated the order back to ensure accuracy and provided my total. At the window, he greeted me saying, "good morning" with a beautiful smile and upbeat attitude. I told him he was amazing. He expressed how important it is to treat customers respect because you never know what type of day they're having. This comment made me want to cry because it's so true especially during these times. I've worked in customer service over 20 years and I know when employees are bringing value to a company. Luke is definitely an asset and deserves a raise. At minimum please give him the recognition...

The management at this Starbucks is low life human beings!!!!! Instead of going shopping for their inventory themselves they order it through Instacart and they put a big tip to get someone to go shop they're big order and deliver it and then they take away the tip after the job is done! They need to do their own shopping from now on because no one owes them anything! The woman that they did this to is a single mother with two children barely getting by. This was her first job of the day and she couldn't even continue to work after because she went home and cried all day because she lost money that was going towards groceries for her children. They have no human decency. No one deserves to be treated this way. I'm disgusted...

Update... Did a mobile order like I always do. I went through side door and waited for my drink like always. Finally I ask if they got my order and she points me to the front where the new mobile pickup is. Wish they would have asked if I needed something, instead of letting me stand there 5 minutes while my coffee is getting cold on the other end. 😕
