Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brownsburg

If I could rate this establishment lower I would. This is by far the worse dunkin' location. I have come to this location for quite a while to purchase food and coffee, to avoid the high prices at starbucks. I've always been greeted with rude customer service and inconsistent coffee. I became accustomed to this. I generally get a large iced coffee with whatever flavor shots sound good that morning. I get the standard amount of flavor shots for that size which is 4.(in the past I would request 3 but it always complicated the order for them and I would usually get some attitude). This morning however was the last straw. My "coffee" was actually water with hazelnut flavor shots. There was no taste of coffee whatsoever and the drink was see through. I will never go back and I would highly discourage anyone To go there as well. Unless you are getting donuts or other food items. I've never personally had a problem with those. Only the drinks and customer service. Ive also noticed that in the past the drive thru line would be out to the road in the morning, recently there is never a line. My wife and I love Dunkin Donuts. It's our favorite treat. Unfortunately the customer service on EVERY SINGLE VISIT is terribly awful. They cut us off when we're trying to order, treat us like we're idiots, and act like assisting you is the last thing on earth they want to do. If you get past the initial ordering phase and pull up to the window they don't look at you, take your money, dump your change back at you and let the window slam shut. Inevitably, your order will have some mistake and you have to sit there and wait forever for them to come back to help you. That's when the rudeness really hits a high mark. As much as we love DD we unfortunately can't take the stress of dealing with staff so we're out of luck. Heed the advice of everyone here about the atrocious customer service and skip this establishment. If not, you have nobody to blame but yourself. Stick with Starbucks or Hilligoss, plain generic donuts from the grocery store that are past expiration date, or even just pretending you're eating a donut. You'll be much...

I haven’t gone to this location in years even though it’s right by my house due to how bad it was back then, I’d only go to the Dunkin near my work if I wanted it. But I was home and decided I should give this location another chance. I mobile ordered a coffee and donut. I was given the wrong donut. No big deal, I just parked and went in and asked for the donut I ordered. They said “yeah well we are out of that” so they knowingly just gave out the wrong food instead of telling me. It looked like all they had was glazed donuts so I asked if they had anything other than glazed to which the response was “I don’t know whatever is up there is what we have.” Not to mention the cafe was very dirty looking. But the reason I’m leaving a review is because they then took the donut they gave me in the drive thru, that I drove off with, and he just put it right back up on the shelf.
