Phenomenal First Visit – Worth Every Mile!
This was my very first time visiting 7 Brew, and I can confidently say the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I pulled up, Abby made my family and me feel completely welcome. I mentioned it was our first visit, and she was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to walk us through the menu and answer all of our questions with a smile.
My drink was crafted exactly how I imagined it—delicious and spot-on! My kids were thrilled with their choices too. My husband wasn’t quite as thrilled with his, but what happened next truly showcased the heart of this location. When we returned to see about switching his drink, Abby kindly explained their policy but offered to check with the manager for us.
Taylor, the store manager—an absolute gem! She came out personally, listened to our feedback with genuine care, and then made some incredible recommendations that turned everything around. Her understanding and customer-first attitude were beyond impressive.

Read moreI have literally never left a review in my life but I was incredibly disappointed this morning. I live in Avon and loved going to the Plainfield location and now frequent the Avon location. I was leaving this morning and heading to 65 so I stopped at the Brownsburg location to get my free drink reimbursement I had earned. I have always gotten the same order every time, an iced blondie with oat milk which is usually delicious, and I was excited to get a free one to sip on during my drive this morning. Service was fine, although much slower than the other locations, but after waiting in line for 10 minutes I received my drink, and with the first taste I was immediately disappointed. It tasted like straight cold brew and completely bitter, no hint of flavor or even the oat milk. I had been looking forward to this free drink and I had now wasted my reward and my time and now had to stop at a Starbucks or Dunkin on my way because this was just undrinkable. I did in fact cry. It was even more disappointing because I have always loved drinks at 7brew and this just completely missed the mark. Read moreThe drinks (at least the ones I'm interested in) are good but aren't really any different from their competitors. This company actively solicits tips as well (employees present you with a screen solely for giving/declining a tip and awkwardly stare while you decide), which is off-putting. There is a debate to be had regarding what is deserving of a tip and whether taking an order, making that order, and then handing it to you (which are already essential, non-elective parts of the transaction) meets the tipping criteria, but actively asking for the customer to voluntarily increase their spend by 18%-25% (the low/high of the preset range you are presented with) is not the way to get repeat business (at least not from me).
