Mattress Firm Brownsburg — Hotel in Brownsburg

First visited the Brownsburg store about 4 months ago. I had questions about the Purple mattresses. Josh was helping out from the Plainfield store and answered all my question. He was very knowledgeable and polite, even after I told him I was just gathering information.

When I returned 4 months later, he had been transferred to the Brownsburg store and helped me once again. He even looked online at the bed I was considering purchasing. He verified that it would work with the adjustable base. He explained the ‘will call’ option for delivery since my house is being remodeled. I explained I would be more comfortable talking to my contractor first to get a more firm date. He gave me his work schedule and said his associate could assist me if he was not in.

I told him when I would return. He greeted me right away when I went back to place my order. He answered some of my same questions again. Had me try the mattress again to ensure I got the ones I wanted. He explained the ordering process as we continued the purchase and volunteered to review my new bed purchase prior to my ordering it to ensure it would work. It was a smooth process. I have to give this place a high rating because of the guy who took care of me. His name is Emerson Allen. I believe he is the manager. I came in just looking for information about mattress covers/protectors. I left with what I thought was good information. My plan was to take that info, shop around a bit and compare notes with the competition. This is how I usually do things when shopping for items I don’t know that much about. But Emerson’s personality, his people skills, his humor and quick wit won me over. I came back after my shift was over and bought his mattress protector. It is not often you find customer service like this. When you leave a place feeling like, wow that guy was cool as a fan and with a smile on your face. He well deserved the sale. I recommend this place to anybody in the market for bedding. Not because of their product or prices but because you can expect a great sales experience from Mr. Emerson Allen. My family and I moved to brownsburg recently and went to Mattress Firm to buy a new mattress for my wife and I. We paid almost $3,000 for a new mattress and adjustable wireless frame. The delivery date was set when we left the store. We had to adjust work the first delivery date and they called the night prior to cancel the delivery date and set a new delivery date. Fine, frustrating but ok we can adjust, so we rearranged our schedule for work and the kids 1st day of school. They call the night prior and CHANGED the delivery date again to almost 2 weeks later. So now, Mattress Firm has taken our money with no bed rearranged our schedules with work twice and when I contact the mattress firm operator on their website they suggest to return the bed for a full refund and go somewhere else. What!?!?!? I don’t have my bed and your first response is to tell me to return my bed and go to another store????? I will never buy another bed from Mattress...
