This was an online app order and a horrible experience. I was on the Whitestown Subway in the restaurant and wanted to use the 30% coupon. Employee told me it was online app only. I proceeded to use my phone to order this sandwich. Since I was in the Whitestown Subway, I assumed like most other fast food apps, it would use my location to identify where I wanted to order. Most other apps also prompt you to confirm the location. Subway app did neither, it just defaulted to the last place I ordered with no prompt. To say the least, the order went to Brownsburg Subway. I noticed only after the order was made. I called within a few minutes to the Brownsburg store and to have them not make the sandwich because it was 25 minutes away and I would not be in that area for awhile. He said he would not make it but he could not cancel. He told me I could cancel on the app. There was no option for me to do so on the app or online. I told him this probably 5 times and he kept telling me to cancel it. I tried to get the Whitestown store to just make it because I was hungry but they said they couldn't.. Most places will cancel the order if you do not pick it up so I was just going to let it go until I realized the Brownsburg store marked it as picked up even though I hadn't been there. I called Brownsburg and he said he had to make it and throw it away. I said I was just going to come later and get it. He said they would remake it then. I also tried to order another one but it wouldn't let me use the 30% again at Whitestown. At this point, I felt ripped off and decided I'd just go pick it up later when I was in that area Brownsburg. So I had to wait another hour before I went there. When I went there, the guy tried to make it sound like it was my fault that he made a sandwich and threw it away even though I called him right after the order and told him to cancel it.
