Wawa — Restaurant in Brownsburg

A day after they turned on their online app ordering for the new Brownsburg location, I decided to give it a try. Big mistake! My very simple carside pickup order, a sandwich and regular coffee, was placed on the app at about 9:13 a.m. I selected for it to be ready ASAP. It told me that it estimated it would be ready at 9:30. Drove there, checked in around 9:22, entering my parking spot number. All good. At 9:45, still nothing. I had watched many other people go in the door and come out with bags of food and drinks. I called the store, and they said they'd bring it right out. Got my food at 9:49, nearly 20 minutes after their "estimate." And this is now 36 minutes after I originally placed the order. No real apology given. My food was delicious and hot, but that made me wonder if they had not seen my order come up on their end, and "threw it together" after my call to them. I understand they might have been busy, but orders placed online need to be filled in the same order as if I had been standing there. Bottom line is... when heading to work, I can't order food unless I know it won't make me late. I would love to make this a regular stop for me, but unless they fix their carside delivery system, they will lose my business. (I'll still get...

this place sucks! the staff are rude. the food isn't as good as advertised, and they have less pre-packaged food snacks than other gas stations, it doesn't make up for it. they only have Coke in their fountain selection. there's no direction to the flow of food ordering traffic- this store is too small for all these customers to be standing around looking lost waiting on their food, being in the way of those sctually shopping. all on top of being on the corner of one of the worst intersections in town. just another gas station when we could be working towards bigger things! its so difficult to get in, there's no point in going over there- waste of...

i thought it was a nice, well-kept place! gas station snacks are expensive, of course, but they had a great selection as well as pre-made baked goods which i’m sure were delicious. my friends ordered coffee and described it as merely okay— same goes for the fresh ice cream we bought. i think the environment is really nice and service was relatively fast for it being 11:30pm. we got the fresh chocolate chip cookies and were not fans which is a shame for the price we paid for them. but definitely has a little bit of everything for everyone! worth a visit if you’re in the area but don’t make a...
