Let me start by saying if I could give 0 stars I definitely would. So my experience started over the phone, I have never ordered before and the menu wasn’t very clear, the girl on the phone was extremely short, borderline rude and rushed me to order my food. Reluctantly I followed through and continued with my order knowing that should have been enough of a sign to not go. Once I got my food everything was cold. I ordered 2 sets of chocolate chip pancakes and only got one order. My hash browns were basically raw. I asked for the meat in my omelet to be well done, it was not. The cheese inside of the omelet was not fully melted, they don’t cook the veggies at all. My toast was soggy. The pancakes taste worse than your typical box made. They did not let me know that the condiments were self serve so I almost walked out without any. There was no syrup obviously placed by the other condiments so while the waitress was taking a phone order the other girl in there just stared at me while I waited like I was stupid. I will never return here to eat again and can’t believe this place is still open. Not to mention this food is grossly overpriced, but because I ordered, I paid. I’m convinced everyone out enjoys tasteless food with terrible service. This is probably one of the worst places I’ve visited to eat in my 5 years of living downriver. If you want good food and even better service. Go across the street to Sparta where the food is always hot, fresh delicious.
