Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brownstown Charter Township

Terrible service. We ordered our food inside and waited about 20 minutes before going back up to the counter to ask about our food. The worker told us that they gave our order away to someone on accident and that they don’t have any more nacho fries. We also ordered 3 freebies and the workers never told us that the machine was down. Never asked if we wanted a refund or anything. We finally got our order, half of one of the tacos was hanging out of the wrapper with everything at the bottom of the bag. Our food was cold. Not wrapped up just tossed in there. I go up to the counter to ask for nacho cheese which they didn’t put in our bag. The worker said okay and walked away. I waited about 3 minutes before another employee asked if I needed anything. I said yes I need the nacho cheese I ordered and the man put 2 cups in the bag, on with the lip not shut so the cheese was everywhere in the bag. The employee were standing around laughing by the drive thru about 4 of them. No apologies or quick service. A bunch of high schoolers not taking the job seriously. We are so upset at this. Ordered a nacho Bell grande and received half of an order. Although I was charged full price. The taco was very skimpy and so was my cheese wrap. I'm tired of getting cheated by taco bell, specifically this restaurant. Ok thought I would give another try placed my order and when I received it the tacos were all unwrapped and thrown in the bag. Most of the toppings were in the bottom of the bag. When I complained they didn't wrap them and just threw in the bag the lady said we did wrap them and can't help that they become unwrapped. When I got home to eat all of my tacos were broken. Do you know how hard it is to eat broken tacos? Very disappointed with this store. I will never come back here again. I will drive farther to get better service and food. It's disgusting with the cost of food these days people treat you like this. this store needs better management. This place is complete trash!! Don’t ever go here! They r soo rude and disrespectful and they’ll steal your money! I just went through the drive thru at 12:45 am on thanksgiving and they forgot my soft taco and I was missing one Cinnabon! No big deal, but the line was wrapped around the building and I wasn’t going to sit in it again. I got out walked to the window and told them what they forgot the lady said I’d have to go back through I couldn’t be served on foot…I backed up my vehicle and talked to a guy sitting in the drive thru who understood and said I could go ahead when I got to the window I was told to leave the drive thru or they would call the police I told them again what they forgot and they argued with me I didn’t get the food I paid for or my money back!! They are thieves! I’ll be contacting corporate about this over and over until something is done and won’t be returning to this Taco...
