This used to be a must-stop place for me everytime I came through Brownsville, unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. I ordered the oreo snow, literally the ONLY thing I have ever gotten there for the past 2 years, about 10 visits. I know it comes with vanilla snow, sweetened condensed milk and oreo crumbles. So when I'm given a bowl with chocolate snow, chocolate syrup and oreo crumbles I politely ask if I can have this remade because its not what I had ordered. She says I must have made a mistake because this is the recipe and this is how it comes? I show her pictures from the last time I was there and ordered the same exact thing but got something completely different. She says she'll talk to the manager, goes, comes back and tells me she can remake it for me but I have to buy another one. Why would I buy something again when you gave me the wrong thing!?!? I finally was able to talk to the manager and she remade my oreo snow after about 20 minutes. But remade it WRONG 🤦🏼‍♀️ Are you serious? I showed her pictures of how it typically comes and even told her what ingredients its made with and her remake included vanilla snow, CHOCOLATE SYRUP, oreo crumbles. FR 😐... This amazing cafe offers a variety of desserts. I tried the Taiyaki Taro Ice Cream stuffed with Nutella and topped with Oreo crumbs. Although I was hesitant to try it at first, it was delicious! Know that the servings are a good size, so one should be enough for two people, I tried eating it alone and failed! If you're unsure that you'll like the taro, they allow you to sample the flavor before committing to it. The Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream is also good, it reminded me of a marshmallow stuffed with ice cream, very interesting. They use chaved ice in their tea so it melts quickly and makes it taste watered-down. They also don't have regular tapioca boba, only popping boba. They charge more than the prices on the menu. Their nutela filled fish wafer has barley any Nutella in it and their oreo cookie shaved ice creme doesn't have oreo cookies or a pokie stick in it as advertised.
