This place is pretty delicious. They have many different flavors to choose from and the restaurant itself has a modern feel to it. I usually get the combo de la casa I believe it's called, which comes with 1 gordita with beans and cheese and 2 gorditas of your choice. It also comes with a drink and a side, but I have found that their sides are not too great. They only offer rice and fideo as their sides and they're both very underwhelming, especially the rice which is kept in a Tupperware container that looks like someone's lunch. The workers here sometimes seem as if they hate their job often dragging their feet and aggressively handling equipment and food as if they are annoyed that they have to make it for you. If you want authentic this is your place! Best bean and cheese gorditas, also the rajas are the bomb! I love beans but as soon as I tasted the bean tortas it transported me back to my grandma's kitchen. I have never tasted beans like my grandma's in any restaurant. I know by the flavor there has to be Manteca and just the right hint of cummin. Customer service is amazing. They have a variety of fill-ins for the tortas and they offer you samples to try.
