We normally call to order our food and then pick it up and pay and we take it home and eat it usually takes 10 minutes by the time we get there we pay and we go home this time apparently there is a new owner who changed it where now they want you to pay for the food and then they'll make your food however when I called today they said in 10 minutes your food will be ready we came to pick it up and they told us if it's not ready it has to be cooked after being paid so we still have to wait another 10 minutes basically 20 minutes which is not a long time to wait but why did I have to wait 10 minutes to get to the restaurant only to be told to pay and then they'll cook my food and then another 10 minutes they should have said that in the beginning you have to come to the store and pay and then we'll make your food the cashier try to argue with me with the waitress who took the order but after confirming it was said in 10 minutes your food will be ready we waited 10 minutes food was not ready paid for it waited another 10 minutes to have the food ready the cashier basically said if you don't like it we can give you your money back after I told him why do I have to wait 10 minutes after placing the order only then to pay for the food and then have my food cooked and wait another 10 minutes why not mention there's a new policy of food has to be paid at store before cooked so I would have made it down and then only waited 10 minutes and then pick up the food and then leave makes no sense it's not quick and not convenient which is what this restaurant is known for if I have to wait 10 minutes after placing the order only to have to wait 10 more minutes after paying for the food to be made rather go and eat out or go somewhere where I can just order the food pay pick it up my after explaining that I have to wait basically 20 minutes Louis the cashier just says he can give me my money and leave bad experience not coming here again no...

Read moreThey have no concept of the reason someone calls in an order. I place an order over the phone. I'm told to give them 15 mins. OK. I show up 15 mins later for my order and the manager is looking though his pad, finds the order, then give it to the cook. now I'm there waiting for my order to be started. WHAT IS THE POINT OF TELLING ME IT WILL BE 15 MINS IF YOU AREN'T EVEN GOING TO START ON IT. This is the not the first time they do this. When someone calls to place an order for pick-up, you don't wait until they get there. That defeats the purpose of calling it in. have some common sense people. please don't use "fresh order" as a scapegoat. If an order is called DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE PERSON GETS THERE TO START THE ORDER!!!!! This is the third time this has happened and it's enough for me to stay away. the food is...
