Today this morning I ordered a Combo #6 Sausage Egg & Cheese biscuit & when I got to the drive thru the lady did say biscuit combo with orange juice? I replied yes and scanned my app and was given the meal. Came to my office and opened it and it was a chicken biscuit. I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue and the woman was non empathetic in only saying “sorry about that” and nothing but dead air and after a few seconds she then realized I was waiting for a resolution and she’s like well that’s it and I responded “that’s it?!?” You can’t help me with this wrong order? She said she couldn’t because the amount wouldn’t match a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and that she would get with the drive thru window to do a better job and at that point I did ask for a higher authority because this is plain ridiculous. Look at the amount of fries we got in a large! Full disclosure, we each ate one in each box. We never received the kale salads we ordered

Seriously, this is the second time in a week. We go here because we like the food we give our order and apparently they can only hear half of it or their brains are to slow to comprehend or repeat it back, because they only give us half of it.

I wish places with food like this that we want to eat would bother to hire some competent workers. It’s so sad the state of the world. The world motto now is “charge more and serve less”…employees Have little work ethic. Come on people.

The days before, my husband ordered a meal for me and one for him. They gave us one meal that seemed like the sandwich was sitting out along time, soggy chicken and cold because when they made us pay for his meal they never made, even though we had to wait 25 minutes for it, his sandwich was fresh and good. Asked for dine in. Brought me a bag. Asked for Polynesian sauce for 7 strips and got only one sauce container! Bag contained no napkins. While their hygiene rules may be great, all other fast food places do give napkins, bring out in trays (whataburger), and give you more than one sauce per 7 strips. Also their ceiling tiles are getting nasty. Not all but some, and that's not the standard I've come to know and love. In addition, their parking lot has turned into a curbside pickup delivery parking lot. This is unwelcoming and they have a whole section walled off for outdoor workers. This isn't the Chick Fil A I'm used to! There workers are still highly respectful and work hard, but it's the little things that are chipping away and if you can't get the little things right now can you keep doing the big things right? 3 stars because there is room...
