I recently had a disappointing experience at 4 Corners DQ that highlighted significant issues with both customer service and food quality. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lack of enthusiasm from the a specific staff member, which set a negative tone for the visit.
The employee at the drive thru service on Friday, Nov 1st 2024 at 9pm seemed overwhelmed and she struggled to communicate effectively. When we had questions about the menu, her responses were vague and unhelpful. It felt as though she was disinterested in assisting us, which made ordering difficult.
When our food arrived, it was not up to standard. My Sunday looked like a regular vanilla cup and my companion’s ice cream was served incorrectly due to the lack of communication. We attempted to address these issues, but the server seemed dismissive and offered no solutions.
Overall, the combination of poor communication and subpar food made for a frustrating experience. I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. It’s clear that improvements in both service and food quality are needed for this restaurant to meet customer expectations.

Read moreI ordered chicken tenders with an extra white gravy, I ordered it to go, as I pick up my order and go home, I opened my meal to see no extra white gravy which is fine I guess since I double checked my recipe and I didn’t see an additional charge. But as I opened the container of white gravy I see about one tablespoon of gravy which is less than half of the container and I double check to see if the gravy spilled inside the box and nope. I called and see what could be done about since I traveled about 15 minutes for this. And the manager Jordan I believe, I just kindly asked to speak with the manager and I just heard a woman with the attitude of a teenager said I am the manager as if she has the upper hand , it was so weird. I’ve never seen an unprofessional manager like this in a long while. I was just offered a gravy with fries. For another day since I was already home with my food. I don’t order the meal for fries and I didn’t need the gravy to eat with fries the cashier was really nice it’s the manager that has an attitude I wish I could record the phone call. I'm glad that you are on top of things with your crew telling them that it costs the customer for having a great hot meal afterall we the people are the ones paying for it. Actually, this Dairy queen is the best one I've been to. Every time I come and order weather inside or drive thru my meal is always HOT, and I live the fact that I don't get my burger cold. I appreciate the cooks in taking pride in what they do and making them as they would for themselves . So thank you, Dairy Queen Cooks and staff, for your awesome work.
