Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Brownsville

This is truly not the first time this has happened but last night was just terrible and I couldn't help but give a review. I went in 10 min till 11 thinking you close at 12 and I literally was rushed out of there with my to go order..employees were VERY unprofessional, cooks joking around in the front with the same hands they cook with.. INCLUDING the manager, language was horrible, radio was full blast with corridos, they were insisting to another employee to turn off the menu light in the drive thru so noon can drive up, all chairs, tables were moved aside way before 11 as if they cleaned early, then to top it off, my food was COLD, WRONG, and INCOMPLETE..as I mentioned earlier, it seemed as if they just literally threw my food in boxes and shoved me out of there...and all this was with the manager present. 4•18•25 we were craving a nice ice cream and I really wanted a banana split I told the lady I want you all to make me a beautiful banana split and they did the assignment it was so beautiful and delicious yummo. And the hubby ordered a pineapple parfait that was delish too. Thank you dairy queen staff for your awesome deserts.

11•27•24 again came on my lunch our and great service in the afternoons in the evening not that good. Meaning the cooks they over cooked burgers and taste very dry or reheated meat you can taste the difference between reheated and fresh. But the afternoon weekdays are good. Thx for my finger steaks.

I ordered a cake online today for a special occasion; it may not mean anything to the employee that I spoke to on the phone, but it was a special day for my team. The app doesn't give us the option to add a message on the cake so I called immediately after paying for cake online. I asked the woman over the phone if they could please write a message on the cake for me, as I was not going to be able to pick up the cake myself. She was polite and said of course, asked what color I wanted it in and assured me it would get done. I sent someone for the cake and there was no message.
