The food tasted great. The service and wait staff were very slow and unprofessional. We had chosen this place due to a sign posting lunch specials. When we got in to sit down there was only 1 other table already served. We asked about the lunch specials only to be told there were no specials. We stated that the sign is wrong in it's a switch and bait. None of the prices on the menu is less that 8.95. so it is expensive for the customer service given. Next we ordered and the waitress forgot to put in the order the way we had asked. I think they purposely did it we complained. Remember, there was no other table. I had to call them over 6 times for things that should have been on the table before we even started. When we finished, i went to pay the bill. At which i signed my record and the waitress said, your not going to leave a tip. I then stated not a monitary one. But here's a tip. Learn better customer service. I did report the established to another government agency for the bait and switch. I've had better tasting food at other locations for way less money. Your restaurant is only as good as your last orders. Picked up Sunday at 830pm. Ordered shrimp cocktail, which was only thing that came out good. But then our sopa de mariscos was pretty much all caldo. Forgot our rice and corn tortillas. And the fried calamari wasn't complete. They added fried jalapenos and 2 empanadas which we did not want or like. If you don't have something, you should let your customers know. Not replace it with whatever you think we like. We ordered from here so many times and these last two times, no mas no. We are done with restaurant. Hope you all fix these issues. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager and owner (very kind and hospitable people). The customer service here goes above and beyond. The manager and owner went directly to our table to see how we had liked the food and if there was anything we needed. I ordered the fried fish and shrimp combination plate. I like to think that I'm a pretty good eater and I wasn't able to finish my plate (I took the rest to go-of course). The fish was perfectly seasoned and tasted fresh ( no freezer smell or taste and the fish didn't have a ridiculously thick breading either).
