I ordered 2 pizzas and a crazy combo To start off Both my pizzas were not even cooked all the way and that's becouse I asked for them to be well done I waited 50 minutes for those pizzas and my crazy bread combo I understand they are in a rush but there was no need for my bread sticks and my pizza to be still raw like come on after i called and they wouldn't answer the phone talk about bad customer service i understand what it's like to work in a restaurant but if they had time to be on their phones and be chilling they should also have time to answer the phone when it's ringing specially if it's for something like a raw food items they had time to chill but not to make sure my order was made correctly not so much becouse it wasn't made the way I asked for it but for the simple fact that my food was RAW and that is unacceptable and a food safety violation should be at least considering they literally forgot about me and the fact that I was outside waiting for my food honestly this place needs new management or some type of mass training for these managers becouse at the end of the day the manager or person in charge of the store/shift should have 360 awareness and make sure she is aware of everything and anything happening inside that store at all...
Read moreThe pizza here is good, but the customer service is terrible. I went to get some pizza there today in the drive through and the girl asked me what I'd like to order. I placed my order and then she said will that be all? She then said nothing. No total. No repetition of order. Nada. I was behind two other cars and she says you ordered two hot and readys? I was like no I ordered two extra most bestest thin crust pizzas with pepperoni & mushrooms and an extra most bestest thin crust cheese pizza. She was like oh my headset messed up and i didn't get your order. Such BS, because she had asked me earlier if that would be all? Then she said she got the other people behind me order. Then she took my order after the long wait and got it wrong after billing me for it. Then I told her it was wrong and she took it again and got it wrong. Then she finally got it right. Then I still had to wait a really long time and no apology or anything. This upsets me, because we come here often. I don't think we'll be coming here anymore. Read moreMaybe it was bad luck, but I ordered a pizza online around 4:04 and it supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, like about 15 min later I received a notification telling me that my pizza was ready, so I went to pick it up no before I stop somewhere else, so I arrived there like 4:30. First there was a long line so I spent like 20 min in line just to be told that my pizza wasn’t ready, and I needed to park in front of the store and wait 4 min because the pizza was still in the oven. I waited more than 5 min and no one brought me the pizza. At the end I had to go in to find out what happened with my order and it turns out that nobody knew about my order, and they had to give me someone else's pizza to don’t keep me waiting, I suppose they did the same with the pizza that was mine. Bad service, there were also three employees doing nothing on the computer, I suppose if they see that they are in a rush , it would be normal for everyone to go and help, but this was not the case. I repeat again, terrible service that I received in this establishment, if they are not going to attend the online service as it should be then they should not offer it...
