Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Brownsville

I love the pizza the games ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My issue is the management "Blanca" I was a guest for a birthday party that I was invited. Her behavior as a manager is simply upsetting. She needs to be retrained in her management skills simply bcz she looks burned out you can simply tell she has years being there. Anyhow I understand that there are certain rules and I got no problem, the problem is that if theres an issue w the customer during a birth day party it should be resolved on a one and one communication not where ALL THE GUEST HEAR THE SITUATION. It's very disrespectful and embarrassing. That' can escalate into a bigger issue. Just to say that the crew helping out with bringing in the pizza have a better attitude than her. I simply didnt get the crews name that was hospitable unless miss Blanca needs to get reevaluated again and get her self together and reprioritize the commitment to Peter Piper about friendliness and think about a better way to solve conflicts with customers or replace her w one of the crew members that are willing to do better job than her in resolving problems w customers sometimes change is Good for both herself and...

It's a shame that this business has gone down. We asked the cashier about food allergies and their allergen menu, she had no clue what we were talking about, so we explained to her what my son could and could not eat. She still offered us food, saying the dough didn't have one item but then went on to say it comes with butter. It's still a dairy item he can't eat. We waited 15 minutes to get someone to come to the carousel to let my kids ride it. The employee had an attitude and walked off after the ride when we told him that the machine we were playing while waiting, owed us tickets. The restaurant is dirty, you can smell the bathroom while waiting for the kids to ride the kiddie rides next to them. The employees behind the prize counter seem like we owe them for being there, rude and not helpful. I didn't see anyone sanitize any of the areas in the play room the time we were there. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience. Even My 5yr old daughter wasn't impressed. We took her there to have some fun on her birthday, and it turned out to be a bad idea. We went there because it was the only place open...

Placed an order over the phone. Either the phones at that location dont work or the male that answered was incompetent.

All i asked for was the 2 for 20 deal. 1 Large cheese & 1 large Pepperoni. He kept repeating the wrong order back to me saying Beef instead of cheese. I hung up and called back hoping someone else would answer. Nope. Same guy. I gave it a shot again and placed the order 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. He did not repeat the order back to me after i placed it. When i arrived at the store i told the young girl my name and told her my order. She told me someone had rang up extra mozerella on the cheese pizza? She went and pulled the 2 boxes for me and she opened them both. It was the wrong order. It was 2 pepperoni pizzas. She told me it would be 7 minutes for my cheese to come out so i waited. Frustrated, i left in a hurry and when i got home opened both boxes took a bite out of the pizza and they were both raw not cooked fully. I dont usually leave reviews or complain but this experience was flat...
