Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brownsville

My husband and I just finished our ‘dining experience’ at this Pizza Hut. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut.

For starters, walking in we were not greeted by the cashier (I believe her name was Tiffany since it is what is on the receipt) and when we walked up to the counter, the young lady was with a customer at the drive thru but it would have been nice for her to acknowledge us by saying “give me a moment” or “I’ll be right with you.” Instead, it wasn’t until my husband asked about where we should place our order did she rudely hand us a menu and said “here’s a menu, you can come up and order whenever you’re ready”

Once we decided on what to order, we went up to the counter to place it. I had asked her if they had tap water and she said “no, but you can buy an Aquafina bottle” which caught me by surprise. How are you gonna have a dining section and NOT have FREE TAP WATER?! That should have been red flag number one. We decided just to get a Dr. Pepper, and when asked if there was ice, she told us “no, but the drinks are cold” (They were chilled AT BEST). Then she asked if we wanted parmesan and/or crushed pepper, I asked if they had any at the tables since we were going to sit inside and eat and she said “no, i don’t think any Pizza Hut does that” which is a flat out lie since I have been to the one on FM 802 rd. and that one DOES have the Parmesan and pepper shakers at the tables.

We waited about twenty minutes for our food to come out and when the cashier brought us our food (which I was pleasantly surprised by, honestly), she passively told us “there’s cups and plates in the back.”

The food was okay, it met the Pizza Hut standard, but GEEZ. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Why even bother having tables and chairs if you’re not gonna provide the full...

im never coming back here again. lots going on here nothing good. we came in and theres no fountain drinks. and the drinks in their fridge were warm. gave us cups but no ice. we sat in to eat no parmasan nor red pepper on the tables. they tried to sell us some with our order. they said no more packets. we sit down and its like we are in the middle of the storage room. boxes and drinks out on the floor. waitress come over and throws pizza on the table and walks away. nobody had said anything so why have an attitude. if i wasnt in a group, and everyone already paid i would have gotten a refund and left. its like they went out of their way to make it a bad experience. if you dont want us to dine in just close the...

First of all, waitress didnt ask us what we wanted to drink. She then came and asked us 3 times to repeat what we ordered. Food took long af.We asked her twice for plates and silverware, never brought them. My kids were waiting for the plates so they can eat already so i got up to go ask for the stuff myself. I asked the girl who gave me the plates how much longer for my wings and she looked at a receipt and didnt say anything to me.
