Their sweet bread is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised that the sweet bread is so soft. The sweet bread is light and airy. You can definitely tell that it is fresh. The bread is not overly sweet. It is a small bakery with a smaller selection, but everything is fresh and tasty. The attendant at the counter is very friendly and explains what kind of flour and what organic ingredients are used for each pastry. This is the best, and perhaps only, whole wheat bakery in town. The selection runs from carrot bread and heavy piedra's (rocks in Spanish) to small empanadas, muffins, typical Mexican "conchas" and whole wheat, and vegan rolls. If you get there early enough ask for their spinach and cheese stuffed rolls or Danish style "sandwiches;" these are always warm, filling, and delicious, and the Danish variety run big!
