El Rey Del Taco — Restaurant in Brownsville

Arriving on a rainy evening, I was instantly blinded by the harsh glow of fluorescent lights upon entering. As my vision adjusted, it became apparent that we were the sole customers in the establishment. Upon closer inspection, we noticed keys left in the door and the TVs turned off. Today it came on the news Feb. 1, 2019 friday. Couple of people ended up at the ER. For possible food poisoning. Seach it up! I came out with this "Shocking photos expose fly infestation at Mr. Taco with insects on food by Ryan Wolf Wednesday, August 28th 2013". My sympathy for the families and all personal they were infected by this incident. I hope the owners take this professional and accountable on behalf all the staff and shipment and handling the process of there operation daily task working environment, seriously. We heard good things about Rey Del Taco so we decided to try it out. It was honestly a waste of money. The barbacoa tacos were literally swimming in grease. If you squeezed the taco, a lot of grease would come out and it was just disgusting. The beans were mediocre and cold. The waitress was not very attentive at all even though we were just one of two tables present. Were Hispanic so we know how this stuff is supposed to taste. I wouldn’t come back here...
