Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this place. I've came here 3 times and every time it's either the drink that's not right or the service was horrible. I live close by so I try to give these people the benefit of the doubt that they will actually do their job right but once again they did not. As I am ordering my drink I'm noticing the girl taking order is being rushy about my order. I had never been asked if I want coffee in my Java chip drink before but then she corrected herself and said the expresso drinks. I'm not a big coffee drinker so I didn't understand her. When I got to the window I paid for my drinks and then advised that her service was not professional and that I didn't appreciate it. Her response was to laugh and act non-cholant about it. I asked her for a manager, she said she's the manager ! Which I doubt by the way she was handling the situation. I asked the other girl what's the managers name or number and she said she doesn't know. So I asked for a general manager and the girl tells me she can't give me that information. Read moreStarting off with the positives. My coffee was good, I like that they have several sugar free options. My everything bagel was good as well. My order was correct and it was out in a timely manner.
I’m not a regular, and I don’t know what is in every drink. I asked about decaf options and the person taking the order mentioned they could do anything with espresso. I must have said something wrong because there was this sigh I heard and then a “that isn’t made with espresso I can get you this, or this. I kind of wished she had led with that. Then I ask, what sugar free flavors do you have? She said anything with an asterisk on it. Oh ok, Hazelnut, got it. I mean the person taking my order wasn’t rude. She answered my questions, she just wasn’t very helpful. In her defense, the sugar free options were in the screen. I guess what I’m trying to say is, as a customer that doesn’t visit regularly, its a little harder to find what you are looking for. Add to that, the fact that you are in the drive through and don’t want to make other’s wait time longer. I mean the coffee was good, I just feel like the service is where in my opinion, they fell a little short. The entire store feels very personalized. With every holiday or season, they add small touches on the cups/bags personally handwritten or stamped.
I have come across the owner of the store twice at the location (one after Thanksgiving) and he is highly involved with making sure the customer is satisfied. On one occasion he personally asked me to taste my drink and if I didn't like it, they could remake it. On the other encounter, he gave me a free drink so that I could try it because I asked what the difference was between two of their drinks. How amazing is this?! To have the owner work alongside his employees and ensure the customer is getting what they want! This explains why his employees have all been awesome.
And on top of all of this.... Delicious flavorful coffee, scrumptious muffin tops and they carry multiple sugar free drink options!!!
Needless to say, they have gained a long time customer. Thank you and Great job to everyone at this...
