7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Brownsville

I recently had the most amazing experience at this drive-through coffee place, and I just have to share how fantastic it was! From the moment I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by Gabriel, who was an absolute gem. His warm smile and friendly demeanor instantly made my day better.

Gabriel was incredibly attentive and took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. He even offered a few suggestions when I couldn’t decide, and his recommendation was spot-on—my latte was perfectly crafted, rich, and delicious.

What really stood out was how Gabriel went above and beyond to make the interaction personal and enjoyable. He remembered my name and even asked how my day was going, which made the whole experience feel so welcoming. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers.

The service was quick, efficient, and delivered with such positivity that it left me smiling for the rest of the day. If you’re looking for a coffee spot that combines great drinks with outstanding service, this is the place to go. And if you’re lucky enough to be served by Gabriel, you’re in for a treat!

Came to check out the new location and was highly disappointed as there was a long line but I know from experience that their service is always fast so I decided to pull up either way. I noticed employees with the tablets walking around taking orders from the end of the line to the front which seemed extremely different from the Rocky rd location either way I just waited for my turn. Sadly I pulled up the the pick up kiosk and my order had still not been taken. The employee at the pick up quickly took down my ordered and quickly advised the staff of their mistake and told them she needed "the drinks on the fly since order was not taken" then everyone inside making the drinks gasped and started questioning "order wasn't taken? What?" Then I noticed one of the employee yell out the name of the runner in charge of taking my order and shook her head. Which I thought maybe that wasn't needed. My drinks arrived quickly but my chiller was a pretty watery and was missing my straw so I had to wait to get to work to find one. I arrived there at 6:55 p.m and got in line like any other customer and the employee that was suppose to take my order skipped my car and went to the first line towards the back to flirt with some girls and take there order. So I proceeded to the font and still no service was provided which was very upsetting keep in mind it’s 7:25 pm 30 minutes passed and still no one took my order. When arriving at the front of line the girls which were friendly asked which drinks I ordered. I told her no one took our order in 30 minutes and every other car did. I then asked to speak to the manger called Marco Rodriguez and he was super rude and disrespectful and he did not engage or apologize. He just walked away and ignored the facts that I’ve waited 30 minutes and still no order. The I made my order and waited another 15 minutes until my drink was given to me.
