100% Natural — Restaurant in Brownsville

UPDATE: for the past couple of months the service has gotten worse and worse, and I assumed that it’s because they do not have the same female employees at the front. To make an order through the phone, it has taken me about 10 minutes because the employee told me to wait, comes back, and tells me to wait again. Since the call wasn’t even on hold, I was able to hear the conversation. She kept telling me to wait to take somebody else’s order at the counter & finalize a transaction. I am a customer too, and I shouldn’t have to wait that much to place my order. I’ve been trying to limit myself from visiting the establishment because the service of the two new employees is poor & does not compare to the service that used to represent the restaurant, however I only go for the food.

Previous review: Never disappoints! Food is always tasty. Just make sure to order ahead of time (15 min approximately) if you don’t like to wait for your order...

100% DISAPPOINTED - Customer Service- 10% Cashier had no business being in customer service with her obvious disdain and lack of desire for interacting with customers. We were told plastic forks were not available for the salad we ordered to go. The elderly gentleman who served our food seemed pleasant and attempted to be helpful. It took over 40 minutes for 3 chicken burgers, 2 sandwichon plates and 2 salads. Value - 55%The prices were a little high for the food and service available. Food quality/taste 60%. No one was 100% satisfied with their choices- 6 out of 7 were ok with their choice, 1 was unhappy due to the lack of salad dressing which was requested 3 times. 100% not recommending...

4•9•25 came in ordered the sandwichon and it was fair where the issue was is the menu. I hate when you all say today's special is mon, tue wed. That day I went it was the sancwichon day and guys it's not even on sale... its the same price on the actual menu so idk where you get the meaning of sale when it isn't. Thats so false and people think they paying less when it never was. So take that word special because you don't have specials. It's false advertisement. That irritates me. Get your...
