Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brownwood

For the last few weeks we have been ordering 2-3 times a week as my husband and son are working different shifts and we are hit or miss with one of them getting a home cooked meal. I've had 3 wrong orders in this time but tonights was the worst. I ordered original pan which cost $1 more and bread sticks when it got here there was no sauce for the bread sticks so the driver said I'll run and get you one (sweet)! i opened the pizza it was hand tossed which is like eating cardboard so I call hoping to get the pizza with the sauce. NOPE boy said the manager was not in never offered a replacement nothing. Tried to give the driver the pizza he refused to take it called again was on hold for 10 minutes when the same boy answered the phone i asked was a new pizza being delivered he hung up on me!!!!! Called back the manager got on the phone he said he was making pizza and it wasn't wrong lol I'm sitting here looking at the pizza as he said this also that would mean he was in the store the whole time said he would deliver a new one plus my reciept that I never got to take a survey. Delivery man came and same pizza he said they didn't process the dough correctly but no reciept that does not surprise me. So...

This place has made a huge turnaround in customer service! No more, tough you get what you get. Now they do their best to make up mistakes to you. I've had very positive experiences whenever my order came out not exactly the way that I anticipated. And it's not even necessarily you know a big issue but my son is very picky with how he likes his pizza and if there's any extra sauce on it other than the absolute barely dampening the crust then he's not going to eat it and we eat at Pizza Hut quite frequently and so I expect them to get our order correct. Out of the last 15 pizzas that we've ordered only to have come back with more sauce than should be. And every single time they made it right. Bye either crediting or account or giving it to us for free. There always an amazing staff. I don't know who was there a few years ago but I tell you it was absolutely horrible. Now it's a pleasure. The app and official website say the place opens at 10:30. I ordered through the app and chose 10:45 as my pick up time. I walked in the store at 10:50 and the man behind the counter told me they didn’t open for another ten minutes and turned to walk away. I told him the app had told me my order was ready and he said “well nothing is ready for anyone because we are not open”. I went to wait in my car since I had chosen contactless delivery anyway. I waited 20 more minutes and the same guy came out with the food. I said “I’m so sorry for the mix up. I really thought you guys were open at 10:30. I appreciate you getting it for me”.
