This place used to be my favorite Subway in town, but it seems like there's a new set of employees who don't know how to give good service. I told one of the employees that I wanted a meatball marinaria on Italian herbs and cheese but they tried to give me just plain Italian bread. This was a simple mistake so I let it slide, but when they started assembling my sandwich they were slow. Then when I got to the checkout, I showed the employee a coupon for a free sandwich with a purchase of a fountain drink and they didn't even know the first step into putting the coupon. The employee ends up yelling from the cash register to the back for one the workers. The worker who came from the back didn't even take off her gloves to work on the computer and she took repeated attempts on putting the coupon in the computer and blames her failed attempts on the onions she cut. Then once she put in the coupon, I realized the price was still high for the offer of a free sandwich with a purchase of a fountain drink and I politely ask the worker if she put in the coupon. The worker then looks at me as if she is annoyed by my presence and says rudely, "Yes". So then I review the receipt and the worker gave me a free fountain drink instead of a free sandwich. I go up to the worker and I tell her, "You gave me the wrong coupon because you gave me a free fountain drink." She then types in her computer the correct coupon so she can give me change back. This takes a whole 5 minutes for change! After she gives me my change, I go to my truck and I begin to eat my foot long sandwich and I noticed that they didn't even cut the sandwich in half! I don't recommend going to this specific Subway location and I will not be return to this...
Read morebefore i begin i would like to say i am aware that people are entitled to a bad day. However the young man Charles body language showed he was having a bad day. When people are having a bad day i try to make people laugh. Me and my 13 year old comedian son tried this so the results are straight comments like what bread,what sandwich as my family says this bread "please sir " and thank you he did not ask if it was toasted which is fine i told the lady next to him can i please get that toasted as the line got down he didn't ask if i wanted chips or anything and just started ringing us up. rolled his eyes at me and my family as i asked him what is your name sir his response Charles. I'm sure the young man was having a bad day however whoever the manager was i didn't see one the time was between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm 6/19/2019 I would expect that you guys will see this and deal with it the right way let your employee know the mistake and give him the chance to fix it.
