I'd like to start by saying that I called and tried speaking with a manager so they are aware of the issue. I think that's who I initially spoke with, however, she asked that I speak with the GM. I said I would wait on hold to do that. After being on hold for nearly 20 minutes, I hung up. I deliver for doordash in the evenings and I regularly have problems with them bringing out my order at this location. I am under the impression that they don't start making the order until I get there, which I don't have any issues with. But there have been so many times that even when it's just a drink or two, they say they are bringing it and then 10 minutes later, they still haven't. Yesterday at about 8, I reluctantly accepted an order for this location. I pushed the button and waited for someone to answer. It eventually canceled and I pushed it again. After 15 minutes, I couldn't get anyone to help and I left. The kids were running around visiting their friends, even in the drive thru. It was a waste of my time and the customer's time. The other local locations don't seem to have this issue that I've noticed. I won't take anymore orders here bc dd doesn't pay near enough for my time to wait that long and I imagine you're slowly losing doordash customers also. Read moreI went to get my husband a chocolate shake and ordered myself a #10 popcorn chicken (medium size) with tater tots and a drink which all together was $15.51 still wondering how it got to be that much and when I got the order the popcorn chicken and tots were "COLD" and chicken was so darn hard and only got maybe 6 very small pieces I was totally pissed gave a small order to where I don't think took maybe 5 minutes to "throw" together as it seemed and the chocolate shake was all sticky and nasty on the outside, could have took the time to wipe the outside of the cup off. I know I didn't get the medium size popcorn chicken it was the same size as the tater tots holder. I don't think the workers wanted to work being Easter if they throw food like this together and doesn't take pride in their work. I will never go to the Austin Avenue location for quite some time. Read moreI don't understand why you would let food like this even leave your kitchen/restaurant. I have ordered onion rings at Sonic plenty of times, I even was a manager when I lived elsewhere. I like that they're made in house and have NEVER seen them come out like this. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, the young lady says 'this lady wants to speak to a manager.' I'm not sure who I spoke with, but I just wanted to let them know there's inedible onion rings and may want to check what's being served.
