Burger King — Restaurant in Brunswick

Whent to buy a double whopper only to find a hair in my food and a completely disrespectful manager by the name of Stacy. Stacy claimed I was starting problems with her employee due to my food having hair in it. Stacy Was completely Unprofessional with her attitude and Demeanor Stacy proceeded to unwrap my Burger. Open it up in drive through window. And tell me where is the hair? When I told her I found the hair in my food. She told me that I'm starting issues with her employee and how she would give my number to corporate. As I told her I did not feel comfortable giving my number to her. And I requested the corporate number when she refused. I told her that I would just look it up. And that I was not giving her my personal cell phone. Because my privacy does matter to me. Overall, I am completely unsatisfied with the overall professionality and kindness of a restaurant to solve a simple issue of accidental hair in my food. I hope that Burger King can within time. Make this right with me. Because I will not be shopping or buying any food from Burger King ever again.. Absolutely disgusting behavior and absolutely horrendous behavior on the Store manager Stacy.. Ordered an original chicken sandwich meal and ,I asked for it to be fresh, the cook took some old onion rings and re cooked them as well as the chicken sandwich, he placed it back in the fryer as he thought I wouldn't notice as well as it takes 5 min for chicken to fry and onion rings 31/2 much in minimum to cook....I went to the rest room as I was figuring I had time to get back and still wait,and the order was up and ready in less than 3 min. Very disappointed in the food services..cashier was polite but the cook just didn't care about people's food.it was at 630 pm..so be warned...

I work at burger King somewhere else so ik how the chkings breaded. I especially know when they've been double breaded cuz I did it for fun once. Bad idea. The flour + batter mix doesn't get cooked all the way thru. This should NEVER EVER EVER EVER BE SERVED. It's so dangerous especially when people are lazy and don't do things properly. So you ESPECIALLY don't want uncooked food. ESPECIALLY when it's a chicken breast from burger King.
